Series 9 XT9510 (55")I’m actually happy with the tv for now I’m just really shocked about the waiting for a reply from customer service team I just brought this tv few days ago and had trouble setting it up sent through a email and I’ve been waiting 3 days which isn’t long but surely even if there has one person working on replying to emails they could do this In less time let alone if they have a team work. Useless !!!!

Series 9 XT9510 (55")This product was so easy to assemble and get started! So easy and just plug and play. Works seamlessly with my foxtel connection and the colours are so vivid and clear. Added a sound bar although even on its own it has a crisp clear sound and couldn’t be happier. Access to the play store means I can download apps and other great features - it allows me to mirror my phone to it if I want to show the family photos or stream music to it. Built in Chromecast so no need to purchase additional accessories. From delivery to watching my favourite shows would have been in under 15 minutes. Great work Kogan!
It's a solid smart TV, with all you could want for a TV!
Series 9 XT9510 (55")4 HDMI ports, and offers and AV port incase you still got anything on type. Chromecast built-in with wifi as well. The settings range from movie to gaming is impressive, with a few options between. I have also never had the internet drop out on me on this product.

Series 9 XT9510 (55")The Quick & easy Set Up made Installation a Snap & I love the many features available, like Netflix & You Tube being readily accessible with One Touch on the User Friendly Remote. It's opened up a whole new world of viewing for me as my old TV had none of these clever features nor Aps. The 55" is certainly large enough & with the "Frameless" Screen, it appears even larger. ... Read more LED versions of this TV, in fact I can't see any difference at all. The 'washout' caused by the QLED back-lighting is evident when Not directly in front of the screen & unfortunately the Clarity is Not quite as good as my Old Sony Bravia LED, but I guess you get what you pay for. That's Not to say this TV was Not Good Value for Money. At <$700 It Most Certainly is a GREAT Buy!. One big point of difference for me is the quality of the Audio in this 'Signature Series' model from Kogan TVs. These are the only models that have decent Audio Speakers so a Sound Bar is Not Needed. I can't understand why so many people seemingly accept the fact that a Sound Bar has to be purchased along with the TV. Apparently it's common to sacrifice Sound Quality for a slim-line screen... Go Figure? Thankfully the Kogan "Signature Series" model has taken this into consideration & incorporated Dolby Sound with 10W Woofers in the base at the front of screen, so No additional purchase of a Sound Bar/System is required - Good Job Kogan! All in All It's a solid 4+ Stars from me!

Purchased this tv brand new im happy with the tv picture quality besides one problem that gets really anoying sometimes and im still hoping it will go away in due time.
Its been 3 months now since owning the tv and still it had backlight bleed which happens on the top and left anf right sides of the tv, ive uploaded a few pictures of what im talking about.

I hope kogan reads this and can reply with something postive towards this review as i really cant be bothered sending it for repair as i will be left with no tv for a few months . I purchased a expensive tv to experienve a quality viewing experienve but at the moment im not experiwncing this quality from kogan.

Series 9 XT9510 (55")Purchased many Kogan TVs for our household and again this one has not let us down ! Sound isn’t greAt but nothing a sound bar Can’t enhance ! Picture quality is fantastic ! Have another Kogan tv that is now approaching 8 years old and still working fine ! Have dealt with Kogan customer service over the years and have found them to be very helpful in answering and dealing with my enquirers ! Will keep purchasing from them as they supply good quality products at an affordable price !

Has NETFLIX, STAN, YOUTUBE, DISNEY+ and Google Play store and iVIEW, ABC and major TV Channels on demand / streaming. Haven't explored all options yet - the first 4 in my list would satisfy most people.
Great TV that has good overall picture quality. Mainly tested using Youtube and Netflix / Stan. Also works well with laptop connected - has PC mode so you get the full screen (ie no overscan cutting off menus etc). Has game mode and you can turn off image processing. Colour / Gamma etc can all be tweaked. The built in view settings are fine however.

Series 9 XT9510 (55")i purchased an android tv, the signature series OLED 55 inch, model number KAQLED55XT9510STA on the 30th January 2020- received on 5th February 2020. price $799 inc delivery.
im a techno nerd, built my own PCs since i was 15, now im 47 and love the android system as a base to add onto my google home environment- i have 6 google minis and 4 smart globes as well as 4 tablets and phones shared amongst my family members.

... Read more the idea........ big mistake. Im comparing a Panasonic 55 inch $999 3 years ago with this Kogan 55 Inch $799. all observations at 2-3 metres sitting distance. The panel has obvious ''tarten'' hues shining from behind the screen, see last photo below. obviously the leds are casting a shadow thru the screen backing and yes, it is obvious especially obvious in real life, the camera doesn't quite show how much it stands out. And that's after turning brightness down to 45% The menu is not intuitive- you need to go in and out of different menus to change brightness and contrasts- it should be in the same setting, but it isnt- and its annoying when im fining the colour representation isnt accurate-...example, you know when you go to look at a tv and look at the picture quality between the different offerings.....when you take one home- you cant compare- and the difference that you thought was going to be obvious, really didnt matter because you have no tv in real life to compare against.......well....this picture is so terrible, it stands out compared to the tv i no longer have, a tv i cant compare against..!!!Hi Simon, thank you for letting us know about your experience.

I purchased this tv on 4th Dec 2021 and it has worked fine until yesterday. For some reason, internet connection shows connected but wifi connection shows as connected but no Internet. Have checked the router and all other tvs and devices are working fine with wifi connected with internet. Have powered off tv but still no internet. What should I be doing? Anyone else having trouble with USB or HDD recognition?
Does not recognize EXFAT or NTFS formats, which are the only formats that can be used for larger files, hence, 4K VIDEOS!
What the hell is the point of having a 4k TV if you cannot play 4K videos via USB?
Also has trouble with 1gb HDD in the USB port!
NO UPGRADES SINCE PURCHASE, Kogan not interested in rectifying these issues in future updates!
Anyone with these troubles please contact me, and making submissions to the Federal Court of Australia for a NATIONAL PRODUCT RECALL!
Is there a smart TV keyboard anyone can recommend that will work on this TV? Unfortunately the Logitech K600 is unlikely to work as they only list compatibility with certain LG, Samsung and Sony models.
