BROCK from Kwik Kerb Cairns
I hired BROCK from Kwik Kerb Cairns to rectify a pervious Kerber's work as the previous Kerber was appalling. BROCK's work is by far the best I've seen. I even had more done knowing BROCK does such an amazing job! Now some of my neighbors have had Kerbing put in due to mine looking neat.

Waste of money. Only 9 months old and over 50 major cracks. Sand cement mix was more sand than ceme
Product is nothing like the photos on the sales website. Material is weak and not suitable for driveway edging. Materials is cracking everywhere and turning into sand and washing away.

Happy Customer
I recently had Kwikkerb edging installed by Paul Morgan. He was both punctual and professional and the price was reasonable. I've had comments from the neighbours on how nice the edging looks . I'm very happy with the outcome.

Buyer Beware!!! Gawler (SA) Kwik Kerb BYSS www.kwikkerb.net.au/byss
So you look at the Kwik Kerb website and see all the pictures and information which look great and think, yep that’s what we want. Don’t be fooled by the ‘professional’ pictures on the website as the end result will depend on who you get. I'm sure there are people who have been doing it for many years and their work looks exactly like the pictures on the website, however we didn’t get one of those ‘professional’ people.
I logged a ‘Book a Free Quote’ via the Kwik Kerb website and were contacted by [name removed] from Gawler Kwik Kerb in Sout...Read more
h Australia, www.kwikkerb.net.au/byss . Seemed a bit strange that they would send someone from an hour away rather than someone more local. After agreeing on a price Simon and Stuart attended our property a week later and started the job. The warning signs should have been there when they pulled the equipment out which looked like it hadn’t been used. Were we their first job, their test case? It was about half way through the job that we noticed the the errors in their work. The guys were laying the kerbing over unprepared ground. Blind Freddy could’ve seen that the kerbing was high and low in areas and not at all level. We brought this to their attention and they seemed to scratch their heads when looking at the irregularities in their work. They said they would try and fix it however after a few minutes deliberating this with my husband we decided to tell them to stop and let them go. If they had gotten this far through the job and not thought that it looked terrible then we didn’t know how they were going to fix it. Would this level of work been acceptable in their garden? I logged a complaint with Kwik Kerb head office and they advised me that that Kwik Kerb doesn’t have franchisees rather licensees, so anyone can purchase the equipment, use the name of Kwik Kerb, and the photos on the website as their own work even if they haven't got a clue what they are doing. According to head office apparently there was a mis-communication about who was going to prepare the area, I don’t think so! If there was a mis-communication would you still lay it without consulting with the client? It wouldn't have taken much to speak to us before starting the job and mention the ground preparation. We would have been more than happy to pay them extra for preparing the ground, or we would have gone out and helped them prepare the ground. Poor excuse if you ask me. Kwik Kerb took no responsibility for the work performed by [name removed] and [name removed], which is a shame as looking at some of the other reviews there are great recommendations for other Kwik Kerb businesses. So if you are thinking of using Kwik Kerb, check who you are getting, ask for addresses of previous works they have done so you cna see their work for yourselves, don't assume that their webpage is actually their work. We ended up employing a professional concreter to do the job so I would probably suggest this if you are concerned. I hope this helps others in making a decision on whether or not to use Kwik Kerb.1 comment

Kwik Kerb - Hit and Miss
A number of years ago we had Kwik Kerb installed in our rear garden. A very professional job and it still looks good today. My daughter recently had Kwik Kerb Greenwith install edging into both her front and back gardens. The back is fine but the front is one of the worst examples I have seen. It is not level, the concrete is not finished properly and it looks not even second rate. After phone calls and messages to the contractor we got no joy. This was followed up with emails and phone calls to Kwik Kerb head office. While they tried, t...Read more
he contractors are franchisees, so they have no real power it seems to lean on them to rectify shoddy work. So we are stuck with it at the moment, however, it is a pity this operator does not share the same ethos as some of the others commented about in this review column.1 comment

Don't be mucked around like we were. Go Straight to Chris Citroni Kwik Kerb for Your Garden Edging
After being mucked around by three shonky operators [including others trading as Kwik Kerb] I made contact with Chris Citroni Kwik Kerb. He came promptly when he said he would, he offered good advice, he showed me how I could make savings, and he gave me a written quote clearly explaining what he would do for me. On accepting Chris's quote he told me when he could fit my job in. He telephoned a week before to agree a day and time and then he turned up on time. Chris and his team worked efficiently. They were tidy, wasted no time, and cleaned u...Read more
p beautifully at the end of the job. The finished job was brilliant. It exceeded our expectations and was a perfect match to our other garden edging which was done 15 years ago. I would recommend Chris Citroni Kwik Kerb to anyone wanting quality garden edging at a competitive price. D & L Frenchs Forest 15/7/20161 comment

Commercial Quality.
I am a landscape architect working in the commercial playground industry. I have worked with Chris Citroni from Smithfield NSW as our preferred kwik kerb installer for some years now. Chris has many years experience in the concrete industry and it shows in his work. Chris is punctual, reliable and a great communicator. We often discuss projects at the early concept stage and Chris is more than happy to provide professional advice and cost saving ideas. When it comes to implementing the projects, Chris has fantastic attention to detail and our clients (local councils/developers/schools) are always impressed by the end result. I would have no hesitation in recommending Chris and Kwik Kerb for any commercial or residential application.

great product; thanks again
I personally have recommended Kwik Kerb Maroubra to several friends & the quality of the workmanship was and remains flawless.
What was quoted was delivered in a timely and professional manner.
Any preparation to the foundation on which Kwik Kerb is applied to; was not included in the quote.
It's a good thing I understood how the product worked, how it would be applied and I completed the foundation prep myself.
Thanks again for Kwik Kerb Maroubra

Worse thing ever. What a nightmare!
We had Toowoomba Kwik Kerb do a small job for us. On the day the staff didn't take away the pebbles as agreed, grass cut just dumped wherever. They stuffed up the line of the path (despite an existing border being in place before hand). The other ends don't even match and overlap into the garden bed (despite clear instructions on site with the staff). They didn't bother to consult with us to ensure what they were doing was what was agreed then whinged when asks to fix it before the cement dried. Left mess all over the white pebbles and sma...Read more
ll concrete bits from the curbing not removed and now impossible to remove. Came back 2 days later to put deal on and curbing looks worse. Asked for a dark brown colour, final look is light grey and the whole thing looks like road curbing!!! Called operator to fix, they [censored word removed] and made out it was our fault for picking the wrong colour, refused to come fix it until pushed and pushed and only then agreeing to come out done time next week. The whole thing was a disaster! Wish I never bothered! They won't be paid until fixed!Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
Disappointed
I am disappointed with our recently installed Kwik Kerb. The edging is uneven in places. But I was particularly unhappy with the mess left behind. There were piles of dirt and crumbling concrete all around the edging. My husband is not well and it has taken him many hours to try and clean this up. Would not recommend them.

Check out my pictures it says it all
Never use this service they are terrible we have runs all through my edging how unprofessional I called [name removed] the concreter but he didn't seem to care or offer to fix the problem. We spent 440 on absolute rubbish workmanship all out neighbours agreed it was very very dodgy. We would never recommend this service to anyone. Apart from this [name removed] showed up to start work at 6:15 on Saturday morning and was down the side of our house doing god knows what when the work that needed to be done was in the front yard. You have to see this job he did to believe it we are gobsmacked.
Runs and drips all through the concrete very rushed and very dodgy and no warranty although [name removed] did say if it hails he would redo

Looks good to begin with
Two years ago we spent $4000 to have Kwik Kerb concrete garden edging done around the garden beds on our half acre block. This looked lovely to begin with but in a couple of weeks a few cracks had appeared. I phoned the agent who came back and repaired them but more just kept appearing and within a year parts of the edging were crumbling. Also the lovely smooth shiny finish only looked good for a year or so and is now dull and pitted, looking old and unattractive. Apparently to keep it looking good it needs resealing every year which is quite a...Read more
n expensive and time consuming job. I was not told about this before the job was done. The other problem is that it is just a flat strip of concrete on the ground surface and any running grass or weed such as couch, kikuyu or carpet grass just runs straight under it and into the garden beds. The whole reason we had it done was to stop this happening. Looked great when first laid Cracked, parts have crumbled, grass grows under it into the garden, dull & pittedSimilar opinion?
