I live in country Victoria, and also have tried to find this in stock, supposed to be a great product, but yet to try it myself, sorry can't help!

Thanks Katie - apparently it was only a one off special earlier this year - I dont think its going to be a regular product unfortunately!

Not sure if this would help but I found a bunch of Lacura products on ebay (local sellers). Still though, I think it would be better to buy in a real store.

Hi, I bought today the Caviar day and night cream at Aldi highstreet, As it was the first time for me to buy this cream, I was looking at the shelves but I couldn’t find it. When I went at the till to pay for the other items I asked the girl at the till, do you have Lacura Caviar in stock? She said, do you want both, dayand night? I was surprised but she left the till and came back with the creams.

I've tried to find out the same thing - I emailed for almost 3 months and no one ever answered my questions. They evan became upset cause I would stop asking about it, and asking to speak to some one senior. They kept repeating stuff about heir commitment to animal welfare, but some thing about breach of contracts with people blah blah blah breach of something they can't tell me what brands are and what brands aren't tested on animals. Bottom line - they won't confirm. If you ever get an actual answer let me know :) Good luck

I dont know, how would I know?, you would have to put this question to Aldi. However, I believe so and would not have used this product had I any such doubts in its regard.

I just checked the leaping bunny and aldi or lacura is not registered and therefore not cruelty free so someone is lying.........

It says on the bottle PRODUCT NOT TESTED ON ANIMALS...and I love the Night Cream...just started using it 2 weeks now and I can feel a difference and no out breaks. No redness. No dryness. I would like to get the daytime cream the next time at the Aldis! I would like to know if the sell a sunscreen?

Do a skin test on your wrist first, see how you go.

Sal P, My married daughter of 6, who's too busy to do beauty routines, raved about this cream so much and cited a Wall STreet Journal blind comparison test with 4 pricier creams from department stores that I finally tried it. Both she and I have fair, sensitive skin. (Over the counter acne medications burn our skin, even when diluted.) This cream never irritated our skin, made if feel smooth, and made wrinkles less noticeable (probably by plumping up the skin a bit), and at the lowest cost around. I can't promise it won't irritate your skin, but that seems highly unlikely. Good luck!

I am not particularly sensitive, but I have reacted to the Lacura restorative day cream, though not for the first few times.

Aldi have just been awarded the leaping bunny. All household and cosmetics are all certified cruelty free

aldi makeup and skincare ingredients are tested on animals........ they are NOT registered on leaping bunny and my phone call to aldi resulted in a lot of I don't know and I'm now waiting for a return call for an answer

Lacura products are made in Germany. They are exclusive Aldi products. Aldi is a German company.

Lacura is an Aldi brand, therefore it is only available at Aldi.

I have not looked closely at the ingredients - the shelf product is Lacura Renew 'Expert' Mimox x Wrinkle Filling Day cream with SPF 15. I suspect the sunscreen portion is the problem, despite it only being a 15+.

Absolutely, it's really rich and just worth a try. It's costs next to nothing. So it's worth just giving it a go. I have really dry skin and it's very moisturising, I use the night cream as a day cream as well.

I'm in Bali at the moment. I'm using this wonderful potion, after a day in the sun and surf, my skin feels really tight and dry - I apply my moisturiser- BEAUTIFUL.

I found this cream was great for me (45yo/combo skin). I've had reactions to some of the other Aldi face creams that other reviewers love, and some don't find this cream works for them.

I honestly can't read the tiny writing, sorry. I threw the box away when I opened the product.

I had never heard of Lacura Aqua eye gel so I looked it up on Ebay and found it being sold. I have not seen it at Aldi but I will definitely buy it if I see it when I'm there shopping.

Palm, I have been on eBay and I can't believe they are selling it for over $20 I bought it in Aldi for $8.

It's probably a special buy, they do that every 3 months!!

The lacura caviar cream is amazing and the nightime cream in the red jar is highly appreciated.

Aldi is your best bet but l have seen them for sale on ebay costing a lot more.

According to the Aldi website they do not test on animals. The mention the 'unless required by legislation' exclusion, but as they do not sell in China I doubt they test Lacura on animals.

Lou, I am not too sure about the Lacura Beautifying Serum as I have never used it but if your skin feels soft & hydrated after applying it I wouldn't think that you need to use the other Moisturisers.

I dont use the serums sorry so i have no idea. I only use the cream.
