Fantastic piece of equipment

I find this works well with all fabrics. If fabric us really delicate, I just hold the iron very. slightly above the fabric and use a lot of steam. The system has a great steaming capacity.



Purchased in February 2021 at Mobile Phone Rescue for A$1,699.00.

LOVE my Laurastar - highly recommend

Bought my Laurastar and would never look back. My mother-in-law says hers has lasted for years, and never has a problem. Goodbye to the days of buying replacement iron after iron. So far has lasted me 3 years without a single issue.
Irons quickly and well. Awesome height adjustability.
Can get it serviced locally.

Purchased at Laurastar Cannon Hill.

Costly to repair poor customer service

The iron is great when it works however the repairs are costly. Our iron had water and steam coming out at the same time. Took the unit with the water dispenser to Malaga to be fixed, advised not to leave the dispenser at the store. Cost us $334 to fix with parts replaced. When tried at home the problem was still there. Returned it to the store and after recording the fault on video was asked to bring the dispenser in. Was told the problem was the dispenser ! Very rude service by the staff member. Absolutely no customer focus. Were the parts actually meant to me replaced or the dispenser? No way to treat your customers.

Ironing is a treat with the latest Laurastar(S4a)

Our last Laurastar lasted 13 years, we were going to get it serviced - but told it needed a big repair($650 approx) from the technician at Laurastar.
Decided to trade it in and get the latest one - S4a, shown all the features about it in the show room, great!
Bought it, used it the next day and it was a treat to use it and very easy ironing, all different types of materials - great, as well the steam operation perfect.
So a great purchase again, and hopefully it will last a long time again as the previous one.

Purchased in February 2021 at Laurastar for A$1,874.00.

On initial startup it fills with water comes up to heat and steam is generated, after about 5 minutes the red light flashes and the steam stops, however there is still water in the top tank, have tried flushing the main tank numerous times but problem persists. Any ideas?

Dear sir. Our LauraStar S4 has now a loud noise when connecting to wall contact,(before even pressing on bottom) and when heated up steam blows out off the iron. I am living in a remote area. Is it the solenoid of pressosta Please advise.
