We have purchased 2 of these Freezers in the last year. The first stopped working within 3 months and the second has just failed 2 weeks after the 12 months warranty. Lemair eventually replaced the first but not without a fight. They first offered as a percentage of the cost $200. We disputed this since it was only a few months old and we had paid $499.00 we finally gained a replacement after our local appliance repairer assisted us in dealing with Lemair. Lemair customer service was very poor. Buyer beware!



Poor reliability and quality. Very poor customer service from Lemair.
