Wifi issues with this tablet

published

Wi-fi drops out constantly on this device. My son can't make it through a single ABC kids show without the thing bombing out.
The multitude of postings in the forums below show I'm not alone....

Issues with connecting to WIFI

published

Purchased this product and attempted set up. Product recognised WIFI network but would not connect. Hotspotted thru phone to update software but still issue persisted. Went through troubleshooting which requires alteration to router. This is not a good product there should be a seamless WIFI connection these days.

Purchased in January 2021 at JB Hi-Fi for $255.00.

It's a USB type-c connector, which can be plugged in either way. You most likely have something stuck in the port. Have a look in there with a light. A toothpick or something with a little hook along with some compressed air or a good blow should get any obstruction out.
