Wifi issues with this tablet
Wi-fi drops out constantly on this device. My son can't make it through a single ABC kids show without the thing bombing out.
The multitude of postings in the forums below show I'm not alone....

Good pad
Good pad for the price, use the pad for home use . great screen very clear, not so good battery life .don't like the fact that you have to use a pin to get into the expandable memory

Issues with connecting to WIFI
Purchased this product and attempted set up. Product recognised WIFI network but would not connect. Hotspotted thru phone to update software but still issue persisted. Went through troubleshooting which requires alteration to router. This is not a good product there should be a seamless WIFI connection these days.
Purchased in January 2021 at JB Hi-Fi for $255.00.

Great value for money, but can't buy parts!
This is overall a good tablet for the money. I purchased two, but we've had one of the screens break while it was in a backpack. Upon requesting a quote on a new LCD (parts only) from Lenovo, they came back to us advising that parts cannot be purchased, and that they can only quote on a full repair, to which they advised would cost $550! This is obviously way more than the tablet is worth.
The only other company I know that takes this unethical approach to repairs, in terms of high repair costs and not offering parts, is Apple. I actively disc...Read more
ourage anyone from being Apple products for this reason alone, and it's very disappointing that Lenovo now seem to be taking the same approach. Lenovo has had a bit of a bad name as of late in computers and devices for a multitude of reasons, and this certainly isn't helping them. So buyer beware, if you break the screen, it's cheaper to buy a new device than get it repaired. Probably going to be much the same story for replacing the battery. My advice is to buy from a company with ethics, and who offers both parts and repair at reasonable prices.Purchased in December 2021 at JB Hi-Fi Online Store for $298.00.

Low Price but High Quality
I bought this relatively cheap ($300) tablet after knocking my expensive ($900) Samsung Galaxy TabS3 of only 11 months and shattering the screen (not to mention shattering me!).
The quote for replacing the glass was $495! (Samsung charge enough for their devices already without also gouging us on repairs. I don't know how they can justify such a cost. It's only the top layer of glass that's broken, it's still fully functional otherwise which means the deeper layers of the touch screen are still working. It wouldn't even cost that much to repl...Read more

I bought the m10.1 and the usb cable connector worked the first time. Now it does not even get in the hole. What is the problem. What side up to use????

It's a USB type-c connector, which can be plugged in either way. You most likely have something stuck in the port. Have a look in there with a light. A toothpick or something with a little hook along with some compressed air or a good blow should get any obstruction out.
many thanks - all fixed
