This model maintains good temperature in all compartments except the very top one, closest to freezer, some items may freeze in that area. I simply don't put tall items in it and have no problem.
It is very quiet and has a beautiful finish on it.
Cleaning is very easy with warm water or a light detergent if there is a need.
It has ample room and shelving.

This is our second LG fridge, first one after 16 years is still working. The new fridge is good but sometimes it freeze fruits at the bottom shelve apart from this no problem. I haven't seen so many review on LG fridges as probably because they are good. This is quiet fridge as well.

We needed a big fridge without the big footprint and this has done the job.
Freezer is icy and fridge cold have it set on 4 as 3 was too cold. Door shelves could do with more flexibility but have taken one out and can then fit our large bottles. Door beep is not too loud or annoying overall happy with purchase

We bought this to fit a standard space, but have a larger ratio of freezer to fridge than most. It's been running for several months without any problems at all. Like that the door beeps when left open - handy with kids in the house especially. No problems, so I can't comment on customer service.

This fridge is huge size for a family of four, when set at the right temperature everything is cold try 4 degrees at two Degrees was uneven cooling . The water tray is good just add filtered water . The ice tray hopeless you have to exert some force for it to work. I ended up buying trays at $2 that do a better job. The more I look at it I just don't find it aesthetically pleasing. Functionally it works quietly but still leaves me wanting more for the money paid.

Had this fridge for just over six months now and unfortunately the longer I have it the more negatively I feel toward it. To start with, for a modern day fridge the cooling is really uneven - have anything pushed too far back and it starts to freeze, have anything too far forward and it's not cold enough. The shelving is of extremely poor quality - we have a crack in one of our shelves already and our fridge is usually half empty so overloading can't be blamed. Place a few 2l soft drink bottles on the shelf and watch it struggle not to sag. It's a big fridge with little to give.
