Keeps correct temperature.is very quiet.shelves easily slide out for cleaning.is also self defrosting.each section keeps food at the right temerature no icy leaves on lettuce and keeps apples crispy not rotting them.i used to have a westinghouse the door seals had to be replaced twice in 5 years.and the shelves were hard to remove to clean.

I love my new LG top mount fridge, its so quiet i keep checking to see that its on, I love the platinum finish of the fridge its easy to wipe over, its very stylish and modern, plenty of space in the fridge and freezer section with a move-able ice cube tray, so you can move it to any side of the freezer out of the way for your newly bought frozen food.

it has so many defects when it is first installed that any one will not feel safe using the fridge;
1. The metal wall next to the door trims have been hot from top to bottom.
2. The fridge is so noisy much noise than my 16 years old Kelvinator fridge.
3. The refrigerator is full of dew when I open it despite the fact the temperature is set at medium.
4. The freezer is full of ice at a temperature setting of medium (5) as recommended.
5. The door starts to beep whenever you open it for a very short time.

Overall, it is terrible.

We bought from Good Guys and they delivered. The size is great for a couple, not to noisy and has good storage size. The freezer is great and ice maker works very well. I like the handles on this fridge as you don't have to put fingers into a slot to open. Set on medium it keeps good temperature and freezer food just right.

Fridge is not too noisy, has plenty of storage and a huge freezer. Great value for money so hopefully it lasts longer than the warranty. Have found it has been better to use medium temperature settings as the coldest Temps usually end up way too cold which in my opinion is a good thing!

We're using LG Fridge top mount style and so far it's working well. energy efficient and easy to clean. I can store lots of foods in there and my water cools fast, it produce ice fast too. I didn't encounter a single problem at all. I just wish i could have bought a bigger one cause sometimes space is not enough.
