HI if this is the first time you have used the company with your load n go card. I have had places say insufficient funds put more money in and ended up with 2 items. I would go to the company's website and see if they have a chat part were you can converse with someone in real time. You haven't had trouble paying other places. Cheers

Thankyou Rod for your reply. No this is not the first time I have used this company I had no trouble before. I contacted them to find out what was wrong all they said was the payment was rejected by the bank. I then rang load & go they weren't helpful at all.

HI the carboard packaging that the card comes in has phone numbers on it. You can ring them. The problem with the card if someone finds your card they can just do the tap n go thing and buy what ever.if you don't have the packaging from your card. Go to were they sell them and get the phone number of 1 of the cards. Thanks

Some times if you don't have a very expensive phone. It will tell you the number isn't right or email isn't valid. But if you have a laptop or desktop computer try entering your card number on the laptop or desktop. If that doesn't work. There is 1300 number on your card if you still having problems ring the 1300 number it should be free. Good luck

HI if I were you I would go to an atm machine take out your balance. As you know it works on minimum of $20 .so the minimum withdrawal is $20. Deposit is minimum $20. After you get your money out of your load n go card. There is a 1300 number on the card you can call for your balance and other enquiries. Cheers

You can use your load n go card. Right up to the last day of the month. Before it exsPires.

What is replacing Load&Go cards? I have bills allotted to this Visa. You are not sending replacements so are you cancelling these cards! I need to know urgently.

The Load&Go cards are Not being re issued . Australia post have mastercards. I suggest you see Australia post

Call Auspost Load&Go helpline - they should be able to help. There might be a small charge to move the $$ - in my case as one card expired, I walked away from $2.50 as it would have cost $3 to transfer it. But if you have a larger amount on card, it makes sense to chase it, and their helpdesk should be able to help.

Priscila. L why tell people to call the Load and go team when you know that they will not reply. I was told to ring them and I did a few times and yet they still haven't bother the ring back.

I don't know that you can withdraw from the load and go card. I believe they have or are having a master card. I would ask at the post office if you can withdraw or transfer the money onto one of their master cards, hope this helps

yes you can withdraw, but I think they have added a limit to how much you can withdrawal now on the load and go cards.

You won’t get a new card because their not doing them any more. As for your funds ask at the post office but I’m sure you’ve lost it

Yes it doesnt expire till August - its working everywhere apart from trains and buses - I dont have access to a phone as I dont have international roaming - only have WIFI access
