Overall this muesli has substance to it as it fills you up and you really do not need anything else to eat at breakfast. High in fibre and carbohydrates, just what you need early in the morning and low in sugar and salt. Not only does it have all the goodness that every one of us requires it also tastes quite yummy. Yes I would recommend this to others.
I like the taste of this muesli as it seems to have a bit of everthing in it that you require for it to be a good museli.
Pricing is always a factor - but this muesli is still good.
