Liars, Scammers and Scum
Unfortunately this company sells faulty and sub standard equipment and the service is appalling. They are liars and are really rude, do not deal with this company if you want a product that works and is backed by the company that sells it.

Johanna camper trailer
website was very informative and easy to follow. The videos were helpful to watch then we went into the store. There were many to choice from and we decided on the Johanna.
No issues with quantity and easy to set up. We have 2 young children so we use the lounge area to sleep them. So simple and quick to convert. No complaints about comfort. I like they are with us in the cabin.
Cooking great, don't need a separate bbq and can cook on roadside. would recommend.

Great Camper, Family loves it
We use our Glenaire camper every school holidays. set up time is around 20 minutes including the Annex.
The auto opening is great for me as I have back issues and my wife and kids find the set up easy as well.
Had the camper back for a service, the team were helpful. Would recommend

Love it! has everything and more you could ever want or need
Myself and a mate both bought Lumberjack Glenaire's. We absolutely love them, have had them out and about a few times now and the family cant get enough! My friends had a few minor issues which were rectified quickly and efficiently, they even drove 2hrs to come pick it up and take it back to Geelong to fix, it was back the next day. None of this i see as a big issue as they are "man made" and small things may come up. But overall the thing is build tough as anything else on the market with more bells and whistles at the same price point.
in all couldn't recommend the Lumberjack higher, looking forward to may more years camping with it.

LEMON
Still waiting one year to be fixed, actuators gone jock wheel gone, Treg hitch wont sit Flush with tow bar, water leaks in front storage, boat rack rivets are not in frame. Keep getting told they are going to fix but then no communication after that, always chasing them.
Once they have your money they dont care about you. Some of the worst after sales Ive ever seen buyers BEWARE

Nothing but a headache
Dealing with this company will do nothing but give you a headache. From the get go have had problem after problem. Seals falling off, stripped bolt heads, quick action pole locks broken, slide out bed sags in the middle so U have to get under the bed and lift it away from from frame so someone else can slide it shut (even the company admitted it is a terrible design), both batteries died before 2 years, list goes on but the worst thing is the lack of help you receive, the lies, the excuses and just being ignored. Especially seeing that I live...Read more

Poor quality control and poor service
after 2.5 years of trying to get a very long list of things wrong (some from day 1) fixed, had to resort to the Fair Trading to get them addressed. Promises, promises along the way meant nothing. Canvas replaced twice and every time it goes up more holes appear. Now they still haven't complied with Fair Trading decision. Certainly a case of buyer beware and if you need things fixed (or get the lemon) make sure you have written evidence of discussions. Don't allow timing to draw out. Make sure they stick to any time frames you determine are reasonable.

Great camper trailer
We decided on the lumberjack trailer for its look and functionality. The inside sleeping was roomy and the bed is very comfortable, a very soft mattress.
We’ve taken our family on many trips, the electric opening is amazing and easy to use.
The glenaire is well worth the money.

BEWARE of Lumberjack Camper Trailers
Beware! They have a story for every bad review. Owner thinks he can talk his way out of anything.
Shocking quality even for a chinese product.
9 months old, top of the range, $30,000 worth of cracked, rusty, twisted body, with a saggy tent with hole in it from delivery.
Always stored in a workshop, never been offroad. Done maybe 10,000kms.
Melbourne to Perth and back, then a handful of local trips mostly to caravan parks.
Was sold a "Off Road" camper.
Received and overweight, unbalanced, poorly designed collapsing pile of junk.

Couldn’t be happier
The guys at the Ballarat show, in particular Adrian offered great information. Honest, no BS. Unsure of which model suited us he helped us choose what was best for our family. THE Otway with the second bed was perfect. No heavy sales techniques. Their show offer was really a genuine offer and value.
Our trips so far have been hassle free and enjoyable. Thanks guys at Lumberjack.

Great camping with the glenaire
This is our third camper trailer purchase in 9 years. And our second at lumberjack. We upgraded from our johanna that was 3 years old to the glenaire.
We love both trailers and go camping a lot. We purchased another lumberjack because we found the trailer to be sterdy and easy to set up. After sales support is excellent. we had a few little issues that were fixed pretty quickly.
overall very happy and would recommend.

Hipster DadMildura
This thing is better than my house
I was reluctant to purchase a camper trailer at first, being a caravan man, my impression of camper trailers was that they're harder to set up than a date in Lucindale and lacking in the creature comforts of your average caravan. Well, for the first time ever in my 45 years on this earth, I was wrong. Hard floor: check. Room to move around: check. Fridge: yep. Most importantly, there's plenty of electrical ports for the kids to plug in their gadgets, because heaven help us if they could go check out the outdoors for five minutes of their live...Read more
s. Setup is easy, even for an idiot like me, which means the family is inside and comfortable within just a few minutes, even on the occasions we've had to setup in the pouring rain. Packing down is also simple, and it's great to be able to be first out of the campsite while everyone else is rolling up their annex. Towing is easy too. Being used to a caravan, I barely feel it behind us. I'm very happy with my purchase and my only regret is that I didn't buy one years ago. Having something to easy to tow and setup gives me more incentive than ever to head away for a quick weekend trip much more often than I used to.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Purchase of a Johanna
Love, love, love(!!!) my new trailer and the people at Lumberjacks.
This was a spontaneous purchase and it’s not one I have regretted! The whole experience as been beyond belief. The salesman: lovely fella went above and beyond to satisfy my wants and needs. I was given updates on the trailer, I was told when it landed, when it was built and when I could pick it up!! How many car salesmen do you know will do that? They even offered ways of getting the trailer to me in SA! I decided to drive over and to thank the staff that had made the proces...Read more

Very Happy Campers
We researched trailers for some time looking for a large trailer for a family of 4. Lumberjack’s Glenaire was perfect for us.
The electric opening closed the deal for us.
It is very easy to use. We have the trailer up in about 30 minutes.
The handover team was very helpful and showed us all the operations of the trailer. We had a little issue with the latch, which was fixed easily by their maintenance team.
We are very happy with the trailer, no regrets.

Would recommend, great company to deal with
We have had the trailer since October last year and have been on several trips. Mainly caravan park locations, we are very happy.
The fold out beds at each end are large, and its sleeps the 5 of us easily. The mattresses are foam, so they are very comfortable. The electric opening is well worth the money. You just need to make sure you keep your batteries fully charged, the trailer comes with 3 batteries.
We got a great show deal with solar panel, chairs and a fridge which was a bonus. Team spent time with us to explain how to use it. Their manual is good, and easy to follow, they also have youtube videos that are helpful.

We love our Glenaire
OUr family has used this trailer on many occasions now since we purchased it in January 2018.
Off road: sits well on the back of the car (nissan Patrol) and easy to tow. It is a big trailer, so side mirrors needed for visibility. Off road on dirt tracks, plenty of traction and very reliable. No issues with going over heavy uneven terrain.
Set UP: the eletric opening is a dream. Press the button to open and she just does it. One bed sits inside the other inside the trailer body. The frame opens easily and slides. Inside about 5 pole...Read more
s to go in. The annex takes us about 30 minutes, with 2 adults. CLose: Once you take out the inside poles, the electric closing does all the work. You need to stop and start a few times toward the end to tuck in the canvas. But not a hassle as expected. Kitchen: plenty of space on the stove top, the support legs hold it in place. Our has the gas bottle connected, so running the gas is easy. the water line need to be connected and disconnected each time.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
