Disappointing customer service
I cancelled my subscription as it no longer fit my requirements, due to site changes the cancellation did not go through and I was charged for another week and they will not refund for their website error
Meals are very small as well
Unreliable, terrible customer service
I use this service for the last 3 months. Some of the meals are good, many are inedible. The reason I stopped using the service was that they repeatedly sent the wrong order to me. And every week made me go though prolonged process of email and exchanging photos to prove they had indeed sent the wrong meals, again! Every week. The order was wrong. Every week they asked for photos and there was a drawn out email exchange. They they would give me store credit. No apology.
I would not recommend Macros. Wasted so much of my time. The reason I started the service was because I'm very busy and they just waste your time. A nightmare.
An Alternative View
We thought we give MACROS a go when they said new customers would be given $20 discounts over 4 weeks for meals purchased. We left MACROS after just 2 weeks. Had problems from week one when a purchased meal was omitted. Despite requests for clarification, their responses were not clear. In Week 2, we purchased the 10 requisite meals but were given credit only for the Week 1 missed meal. The promised ongoing discount was absent. This lack of integrity has left a bad taste in the mouth – not that the meals were tasty. They were sometimes dry or overcooked. Be very attentive to how MACROS charges you. Complain to Fair Trading in NSW where they are located and Fair Trading in the state or Territory where you live if they mischarge you. I will be doing that! Not recommended!Yucky mushy tastless

Also cancelled my service 3 mins late, 5 days before delivery and they can't refund my money or cancel my delivery!

I used this service for almost 12 months with no major issues. Almost overnight quality dropped and service became non existent. I cancelled my subscription but am still chasing refunds.

Food was fine but signed up to a weekly plan, first order arived missing 7 meals. 4 days to get hold of someone within the company. No replies to emails. Best way to contact is via FB page. Gave me a company credit. Next delivery came 12 days later, not 7 days. This one was missing 4 meals. Again, difficulty contacting someone. Very poor customer service and incorrect order both times. They keep blaming logistical issues but it is so much more than that. They cant get the correct number of meals correct and worst customer service ever. Cancelled my plan. I dont recommend this company.

First order turned up. Second order was late and missing 8 meals so I contacted via email as NO phone number works. I have had no response and now my next order has not even turned up, it was supposed to be here on 14/10 then was pushed to 18/10 now it is the 19/10 still no order. Needless to say I have canned my subscription and will be chasing my refund.

My first order with Macros never arrived. I have been charged for that order and one due to arrive next week. The number on their website is not connected. The Chat function on their website is totally non-responsive despite saying 'we will respond in 4 minutes'. They have not responded to the contact form I submitted on their website and several emails. I have cancelled my subscription today but they still owe me $250. I have zero faith next week's delivery will arrive. This is actually terrible service and practice. I will be approaching the consumer watchdog to resolve if my money is not refunded within 5 days.

Delivery shocking, customer service unprofessional. Unreliable company. Do not trust to recieve meals on time!
Ordered food on a Tuesday. Was told that it was going to be late and come following Thursday. It then was rescheduled to saturday and they apologise by sending credit + making an excuse that they are so popular and experiencing delays. Today is tuesday and still no food delivered. I emailed them and haven't had any luck with a response. It's been a week now and I feel like I've been scammed. I don't recommend anyone rely on this company to deliver food on time. Go with a company that is more trust worthy and reliable. I hope the owner of this company reads this and can reflect on how unprofessional they are.

Disappointed because the service up until a few weeks ago had been fine.
Something seems to have gone terribly wrong with how they manage their customers orders over the last few weeks, as there are a large number of customers complaining on their socials.
1. My meals were never delivered.
2. Their phone number doesn’t work.
3. Their live chats don’t get answered.
4. They delete posts/comments on their socials with any sort of negative comments. My own included.
My emails did finally get answered with the promise of a refund in 10 days. I waited and no money was returned.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited 10 business days. Still no money returned.

Over flavoured and poor service
I ordered 10 meals and only received 9, after numerous attempts to make contact I have not received any response. I could have put this to the side and continued to order but the food is horrendously over-flavoured and I have enjoyed only 1 of the 9 meals I was provided. though this last point is just my personal opinion. Would not recommend.
