Great little saw
I didn't set out to buy a battery saw but I ended up with 2 x 18v Makita batteries so went for this saw. Though a little dubious to begin with, I use it all the time now and haven't used my corded circular saw since I've had it. A lot of the cutting I've done has been on cypress sleepers and posts which it cuts really well. I've been waiting for it to struggle as the blade dulls, but so far it's cutting like it did on the first day. It is a little expensive and it obviously won't go all day without a recharge, but it's very handy.
