Amazing!
We tried many different brands of nappies when our son was born due to a few different brands being given to us at our baby shower.
The Mamia brand was best for us. No leaking, no rash, son isn’t waking through the night sooking for a nappy change! We love them!
Purchased in May 2021 at Wattle Grove .

Perfect!
Not sure why the product line shows discontinued, which they are still available at Aldi as at May 2018. Anyways.
I was using huggies for newborn. Found they have problem with the indication lines. At least of of them in a pack not showing the line quite clear when the nappies were soaked. Quite disappointed so switched to Aldi mamia.
Mamia infant 4-8 kg is softer than huggies. Even when it’s heavy (with pee) it’s still pretty dry. Didn’t leak at all! This is the 3rd pack I’m using now. Very happy with the product.
Oh the indication line is a bit sensitive tho. But you would prefer it shows the line, rather than no indication (huggies) for new mum to tell why the baby is crying.

Best Nappies
These nappies are AMAZING!!! No leaks or rashes. They're not bulky like other nappies and are super absorbent!! My son got rashes using Huggies and other brand names swapped to Mamia and the rash cleared up. They are very affordable and the wetness indicator is great too.
We love Mamia nappies!!!

Cheap
Cheap but soft and absorbent. I like the wetness indicator too. This is half the price as Huggies. Although Huggies is more absorbent. We use Mamia during the day and we use Huggies at night when baby sleeps for long hours.
Will definitely continue using the Mamia nappies (not during the night though).

Best absorbency!
My hubby complains if I use any other nappy on our daughter! We have tried many different ones & just keep coming back to the Aldi nappies! They are super absorbent, the yellow line is quick to react with any soiling, we’ve had no leaks or accidents at all not even a poo explosion! Contains all smells! They fit our daughter well with room for movement & don’t dig into her sensitive skin.

Terrible leaks, terrible absorbency, terrible smell
After using 60 nappies, have had over 10 major leaks. This is compared with Huggies which has only leaked a few times after using 300 nappies
Poos are always visibly still wet on the nappy, and don't get absorbed into the nappy. Bubba has been getting bad rashes as a result. Also seems to mix with the pee smell and make it smell really bad. Not worth the money, buy better quality

Not for me
These nappies gave my baby girl such bad nappy rash and they don't hold much at all and I feel like i have to change her every 30 minutes in these which is very annoying if you go out for the day they price is great but not worth it

Good price, great product
after using and tried the popular brands like Huggies and Babylove we decided to try Mamia and it did not disappoint seals just as good if not better than the said brands and literally half the price though when it does tend to leak when bub has explosive poos. but what nappies don't right?

Acceptable with pee, not so much with poo
Tried Aldi as an alternative nappy as it's much cheaper than the brand names (Huggies, Babylove). Found that it is ok with urine though placing a tissue in the nappy on a used nappy shows it is still slightly wet, though acceptable as a day nappy. However unfortunately, it doesn't do well with no. 2s. It doesn't absorb/dry out poos quick enough leaving the baby soaked in poo. If it's a larger wet poo, there's no chance of containing within the nappy as the absorption rate is too slow. it just means dirty clothes and dirty baby if you're lu...Read more
cky and if not, it means it's on your car seat, your own clothes or the bedding. Normally I'll say use it as a day nappy, however if your baby is like mine and does no2s during the day, it defeats the purpose - even when checking regularly and changing the nappy every few hours. The fit of the nappy is good though and is easy to put onto the baby. The ease of putting this on the baby in the middle of the night though is much easier than Huggies. I bought a value pack Infant (4-8kg) (approx. 60 nappies) and have used them all now. The below is what I have found from its use. PROS 1. very easy fitting nappy- massive Pro. Much easier than Huggies. The stretchy tabs is fantastic.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Great nappies great price
Heard great reviews about these nappies so thought we would give them a go. Our baby was only 6lb so these were too big for her to use from birth so we had to use the leading brand until she grew a bit. She's in them now and we've had no problem. They are thinner than the leading brand but we were OK with that as we figured that we don't want her sitting in a nappy holding a lot of pee anyway.
They do seem to contain a lot of mess though which is great and so far no big blowouts. At half the price of the leading brand we are happy and surprised by how good these are

Good but poo goes up the front and back
Was using another brand and thought I'd try out these Aldi ones due to their rave reviews. They are pretty good but I have noticed that poo comes up the front and back more which is kind of annoying - I have even had poo reach my baby's belly button!

Good priced nappies
I was very sceptical of the quality of these nappies given how cheap & thin they are compared to the better known brands but I was very impressed. They hold liquid incredibly well and do not smell even when they get very wet . They do an amazing job containing very large number 2's! None of it leaked outside the nappy like with other brands we use. Hands down they are very cheap for what you get

Good value
We used them for a while and they were just perfect. When we started to get occasional leakage, we switched to the next size, which was when our baby reached a little over 6kg. If you are an a tight budget, they are 1000 times better than cheap nappies from Coles or Woolworth.

Fantastic Nappies
We love these nappies, they work so well during the day (we use Huggies at night) the price is fantastic for the quality of the nappy, never had any leaks, a good snug fit and no nappy rash. And love that it has a wetness indicator on the front. 10/10 nappy! I recommend them to all my friends for their babies.

Good sizing and contain poo.
Infant nappies- These are good size nappies, and contain poo. However they do not absorb urine from baby skin and leave a strong smell of urine even when nappy is only half full. I tried changing nappy more often, but still smell of urine after a couple of wees. Thanks

Very happy
We use these nappies during the day. At night we use Huggies boys 4-8 kgs ones as I think they absorb more and keep the nappies dry for longer. But Huggies are a lot more expensive than Aldi ones so we use them only for night. I haven't had issues with Mamia nappies so far and they are easier to put on than Huggies. They are soft like Huggies nappies and work well for day use. The nappies fit my bub better than Huggies ones.

Best Nappies ever!
My daughter is now 3 months old and when she was a newborn we used Huggies nappies, just because that is what the hospital suggested and also because of my recognition of the brand name. When a few different friends told me about these nappies that Aldi sold I thought they couldn't be as good as they described as they were so cheap! WRONG!
I LOVE these! They are thinner than the equivalent Huggies and has a slightly funny smell (not very strong) but they are longer so sit higher up on baby's body and fit around bubs legs perfectly. I had a fe...Read more

Best nappies so far !
Not only much cheaper price, but also its better than any other nappies on the market. we've used newborn, infant and now crawler and didn't have any leakage so far. It feels soft with great fit on my baby, however, it has a strong smell but as long as it can survive 12 hours ( if I'm lucky and bub slept though the night ! ) without leakage then its fine with me.

The best nappies on the market
Soft to the touch, great fitting, and never leak. Even the number 3's are well contained.
A slight odor when wet, but hardly foul smelling like some brands.
And doesn't leave crinkle marks in babies legs from elastic like other 'leading' brands.
I am really happy with them, and they're so affordable.
