I'm sorry - we don't have a showroom setup as the majority of our business is more interstate courier transport. This enables us however to keep our prices extremely low.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. Our mattresses are not the very cheapest on eBay, however by far, we use the best materials.
Please look through our eBay feedback for recent comments from buyers and also on product review to gain more confidence purchasing a Marce Blanc.
If you have any specific needs for comfort, please advise and I can recommend a mattress type/firmness that will likely suit your needs.

It is difficult to recommend based on individual medical conditions, however broadly, issues with the back will normally benefit from a firmer mattress than softer as it provides more support. From our range, this will be the Memory&Latex (31cm) (Medium-Firm).

I'm sorry, we do not offer a trial and return policy as we do not price the mattresses at a premium to cater for this. There are other mattresses online who will offer 100 day returns. However the premium is between $500 - 800 more above our price. What we offer is the lowest cost, highest quality option without this exorbitant premium. Please however note there is an approximately 1 in 1000 dissatisfied rate. Confirm also with the eBay feedback record to confirm further that these mattresses are worth buying :-) If you have any questions relating to to the mattresses, please let us know.

We have two versions. A CoolGEL (34cm Thick) which comes in 'Medium' and a Memory & Latex version (31cm Thick) in the options 'Soft-Medium' or 'Medium-Firm'.

We only have the mattresses available on eBay being the 31cm Memory & Latex and the 34cm CoolGEL. These will likely be too large/thick for a caravan where you will likely need something more compact.

Just wondering if medium firm is more towards firm or medium? How do we scale the firmness of the medium firm mattress? We want to make sure the mattress is Moreno on the firm side

I'm sorry, the best I can advise is, it is a 'Medium-Firm' between a medium and a firm. You can not be that precise with giving this determination, as firmness is also subjective between users. Base on testing 50+ popular mattress brands in stores. This is a 'Medium-Firm' in comparison to what they determine as Soft, Medium or Firm.
I hope this helps, it is an extremely rare event that we get a customer stating it is harder/softer than preferred, hence it is an accurate 'Medium/Firm' as to what the majority of the population would feel it should be.
