I recently made a purchase at the Garden City store in WA. I was served by a lady by the name of Monique. The service I received was 1st class and I felt it was such that it needed recognition. I purchased a watch for a staff member in our business. Monique was very helpful in guiding my decision asking relevant questions so that in the end the watch was perfect for our staff member.

I can't even believe this store is still open. After emailing repeatedly trying to get a proof of purchase I was met with excuses about the system and no resolution. I asked for an evaluation in which I was accused the diamond ring I had purchased from them may have not even been certified. Absolute snakes. Shop anywhere but here.

Their product knowledge and aim to assist me during the last three months has been nothing short of amazing. During what has been a difficult time for our family, they have single handedly turned our December 2018 into a time to be truly remembered. We all thank you from the bottom of our heart and will not hesitate to return to this store to see your smiling faces.

I recently had my mother's 20 year old ring repaired at Mazzucchelli's. She had two missing diamonds and nearly all the claws were worn. I dropped the ring off a few days before Christmas not expecting to see it back for a few weeks. I was surprised when I received a call a few days later to say the ring was repaired and ready to be collected.
Once the ring was repaired it looked beautiful and stunning. I cannot thank Mazzucchelli's enough, their focus is to provide excellent customer service. They are an exceptional jeweller and I would highly recommend them.

Was looking for somethings special for wedding anniversary. Wife found a nice Tag watch and staff were able to source a similar matched colour / theme gents watch for me. Very happy with their efforts to please and pleasantly surprised with the discount price offered.

Very pushy staff. Ask for a refund on a defective item, will be shown the door, no after sale service. Knowingly sell defective watches expect the sucker who buys from them to get it fixed under so called warranty. There just middle men. Tag caliber 12 Monaco found not working in Midland store, still trying to sell it to an unsuspecting punter, that's what you do with your money when shopping at this high end store wanna be. Nasty staff in general must have something to do with where they work. Save money and heart ache shop some where else.

I purchased a branded product so I don’t anticipate quality problems but staff unpleasant and incompetent. I shall not be shopping there again.
