This morning I picked up my love and passion ring from Leanne (the store Manager) at the Gateway shopping center store. I cant be more happy with it, my ring was re stamped with the love and passion logo and it was polished to perfection. This was able to happen because of the great customer service I received from Leanne. I would recommend buying your jewelry from the Gateway store. The service is great and they help to make your purchase a happy and memorable one.

Warning to all who think about purchasing with this company. Spend your money at a trustworthy jeweller, never at Mazzucchelli’s. Purchased a $3,500 anniversary diamond ring with a “lifetime warranty”. A year later two of the diamonds have a fault. After a lot of back and forth, some staff saying there’s nothing wrong while others acknowledging the issue, they sent the ring for repair. We followed up continuously with very little information and a lot of vague answers to simple questions. Two months later we still don’t have the ring and now they “don’t know where the ring is”. We’ve email head office with no reply. Now taking this up with consumer affairs.

A friend and I went into Mazzucchelli’s at Marion shopping centre to look for pendants, the outstanding staff were soconsiderate and knew exactly what they doing! So helpful and friendly, the customer service was out of this world. Would definitely recommend!

I visited the Marion Mazzucchellis recently to purchase a Tag Heuer watch. The team were so energetic, friendly and professional and the extent of their product knowledge was brilliant. I have since returned and purchased a Tissot watch and was again met and treated with the exact same level of professionalism. I have recommended this company, in particular the Marion store to my friends and family.

I tried to purchase a pendant at the Innaloo store. I chose one advertised in the store as $650. When I came to pay, I was told it was $750 in "the system". They refused to honour the price they had on a big red sticker in the display counter. This is actively misleading the public.

I had a terrible experience at their shop in Marion Shopping Centre. My partner and I bought a pair of expensive watches and we were offered a tempting price. But we ended up paying more than what we have been offered under the excuse 'human error'. They were dishonest with us and did not mention the difference, which was around $500. We did two transactions. The first one went through but then the manager said Humm was asking for more deposit and in the new transaction that I agreed to and signed unfortunately, the price of the watches had gone up too! So not only I topped up the deposit, but also I paid more than the agrred price for the watches. Even their customerrelations is not helpful.
Do not shop at this store please.

Visited the Gardencity store to buy a present for my wife for her birthday and had fantastic service including gift wrapping and a perfect selection from this great team

Absolutely disgusting service and products being sold. Sent a ring worth $10K back as a diamond continued to dislogde- Reset the diamond at a cost to myself and the exact same stone dislodged again. Only for the company to advise it needs a remake at my cost of $1900. Paid this only for the exact same stone to dislodge again and another fee of K to remake- APPALLING considering this is faulty!!!!

I bought my partner an engagement ring July 2018 costing over 7k. There was an 8 week period for the ring to be built, then with only having the ring for 3-4 weeks the center diamond "shattered" which mazuchellis said was due to customer negligence. We disagreed and decided to take it to another jeweler for an independent appraisal. The independent jeweler found a natural fault with the diamond. Mazuchellis still have the ring and will not return calls or put anything in writing and we are stuck with a 7k bill and no ring (currently April 2022). What was supposed to be a special time in our lives has turned into a nightmare. Disgusting customer service. Avoid buying anything from these "people".

We went in to the Joondulup store to look for our 40th wedding anniversary gifts for each other & were served by Sinead . We had great customer service and ended up with exactly what we wanted.
I can highly recommend the Joondulup store.

She assisted me with my custom wedding band, that I designed. She was so lovely to deal with and kept me informed throughout the process. I love my ring and am so happy with the final product. Thanks Kylie!
