Great taste & value for money
14 days & 4kgs down using this product. Shakes are tasty (except Iced Coffee) & creamy. I love the variety of flavours & just to change them up I add cinnamon or essences (peppermint, coconut, orange etc) The soups are excellent in this cold weather & really fill you up with their thick texture. I highly recommend MVD for fast safe weight loss.

The perfect shakes in the market is Vita Diet Brand! I can't live without it.,
This product is the best compare to Opti Fast. Vita diet is great and it tastes wonderful. I really don't get sick every time I drink it, like optifast I do. Also Vita diet has a snack bars and meal replacement one's. They have a different flavors in one box and is affordable price. I would like to see more of vita diet brands on other pharmacies and Chemist warehouses. Since I have used the vita diet product I'm still losing every week with no exercises 1kg Or half Kg per week. I really Love "Medical Vita Diet" product.... Therefore I highly recommend to others to try it.

Perfect for people with allergies - don't bother with other brands, this one rocks!
I have serious allergies to Optifast due to all the sweeteners they put into their products and it was a real struggle to find a VLCD product that I could have but my dietician recommended Vita Diet as an Australian made product suited to people with allergies. It also doesn't help I'm not doing this program for weight loss rather for two week pre surgery to a Gastric Sleeve where the aim is to reduce the size of my liver and all I am allowed is three meal replacements and vegetables.

nker and yet my favourite one is the iced coffee. I love that they are affordable and you can buy individual flavours which makes the trial of working out what you like so much easier. I was very surprised at how full I feel after having these. In the past shakes have not worked for me because I am still hungry but with these I am satisfied. I brought the creamy chicken soup as well and we used this as the flavouring (stock) for a pumpkin soup so I get my serve of veggies and nutrition at the same time. My mum is so impressed with the flavour of the soup she made a batch for her self (We used 5 packets of soup, a butternut pumpkin, carrots and water - that is all!) I am currently waiting on the Choc Hazelnut bars to arrive but have no doubt they will be great. I called Vita Diet to order these direct as they were sold out at the chemists, James and the team have been fantastic at helping me and 5 stars plus for customers service!Similar opinion? It works !
I lost 16 kilos in 3 months last year.. I went off them after losing the weight an have kept it off since.. I found the chocolate, vanilla an strawberry to taste the best. I would definitely recon mined these shakes!

The best weight loss shake on the market
The whole range tastes great and I'm loving the soups now it's winter time. Unlike other brands, their bars don't taste like cardboard and have dried fruits, seeds and nuts.. Delicious! And what's even better is that there are minimal additives in the products.

The medical vita diet is amazing!!! The shakes taste amazing it's like i'm having an actual milkshake!! My personal fav is the strawberry especially when adding ice, then chocolate (im a big chocolate fan). I wasn't too keen on the cofee, soups or bars but the shakes are amazing and i loved the mouse dessert.
The first couple of days i was on the shakes i felt a bit sick but by the third day I felt amazing!!
I was more awake, less lethargic. my body felt like actually moving around and less tired (and surprisingly i needed less sleep).
recieved comments from everyone :)
Lost weight real quick and then even when i wasnt using the shakes i kept it off with healthy eatiing.

Tastes Great!
The Chocolate and Vanilla taste great with a really creamy texture just from adding water alone! Frankly I was flabbergasted. Considering Im adding milk or cocoa to other brands to improve the taste, this is great because it means less calories in the long run. The Iced Coffee flavour was a dud in my opinion but I am happy to have a shot of coffee with a vanilla or chocolate shake instead. They are a bit pricey too compared with other brands.

Best weight loss shakes on the market
I have tried the Medical Vita Diet weight loss shakes and I really think the are the best tasting on the market. My friend and I both went on their weight loss program and lost over 3kgs in our first week.
I would say they are the best weight loss shakes if you want to lose weight fast.
They actually work if you want to lose weight fast
I keep running out of them.

I have been taking 2 shakes per day, meal as recommended in the evening, drinking 2 L water and walking 8,000 to 10,000 steps per day. Losing weight but constipation is a real problem. 3 laxative tabs per day do nothing and eating a 10 prunes works but too many carbs and then nothing until the next purge!! This is not good. Is it the type of fibre in the shakes causing this??
