I would give a negative rating if I could. I was quoted for 30 cubic metres. On moving day, from Melbourne to Brisbane, when they arrived to load the truck, I was told there wasn't space for all my stuff, even though it was less than 30 cubic metres. I was told I'd have to pay an extra $500 if I wanted my boxes to go. When it arrived in Brisbane, they wanted to deliver at 11pm. When the stuff was offloaded, practically EVERYTHING was dented or damaged. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you value your belongings, and do not want or need additional stress.

I couldn’t be more happier with this removal company, excellent service very understanding I was moving my fathers belongings which are prized possessions to me, so I wanted extra care, they took extra care no scratches or damages they labeled everything ( handle with care) fragile. They tried to change the date 1 day before the actual move. Only after multiple requests and explaining the gravity of the situation, they agreed to do it.
I had to pay in advance to confirm the booking and inadvertently paid them the full amount on the day. [name removed] acknowledged the mistake later and agreed to refund the amount. Followed up with him multiple times but he never transferred the money back.

We witnessed this removal company doing a job so we decided to book a min because they look fantastic we are glad that we booked them in professional quality service was unbelievable all our furniture was covered with blankets our TV's were covered with bubble wrap everything was tied down stacked up properly no damages to the property was made or scratches no damages was made to our furniture hard-working boys excellent service can't describe them how fantastic they were they gave us free boxes to pack our kitchenware with no charge delivered our furniture very quickly we're on time highly recommended very very highly recommended

msc removals were reliable, efficient and professional. From the initial quote and dealings with them they were very helpful. Moving house is a very stressful time and they made it just little easier. Our property arrived at the time we were told and in very good order. The packers were polite and efficient. We received phone calls during the entire process keeping us up too date and the initial information package was extremely helpful. If you are checking out removalists I would recommend Melbourne SuperCheap Removals. I called a lot of removalists and they were all either way overpriced or said they used sub contractors. These guys turned up, packed the truck as tight as anything, protected everything, pointed out my previously damaged furniture from the last mover before they moved it which I already knew about and did not stop working from the time they arrived to our job to the time they unloaded on a hot day. They had no breaks at all! Professional to the extreme and very well priced hourly rate to ANYONE professional. (I was so impressed at the price I even gave them a tip). They earned it. I was pleased with the outcome of the move!. I moved a full factory of tools and heavy equipment. from one factory to other. The boys where great and strong they did the best to keep us happy. we asked for 3 men we got 4 men that was a bonus for free!!. All the company out there priced us very high.
