My new Microcloud mattress was delivered on time and the old one taken away as part of the price deal. Excellent extras were offered- topper, pillows and mattress protectors as part of the price. Mattress is lovely, no bulky and puffy pillow tops . The topper really enhances the comfort factor. We have slept well on our new mattress . Highly recommend Microcloud

Our beautiful MicroCloud mattress was purchased after a disastrous $6000 mistake. My partner and I were believers in "you get what you pay for", so our original mattress was no expense spared. After 18 months of bad backs, necks and persistent body issues, we investigated the MicroCloud brand. With some reservation, we purchased our mattress ad have not looked back since. Bodies are healing, hedaches gone, and the customer service was second to none. Yes you are right, you can not try this before you buy, but 15 mins in a show room lying in a mattress does not guarantee your purchase. Its all this products name... "cloud". Recommend highly to anyone with health issues, body issues and anyone wanting a great Australian product.

Absolutely love the Microcloud mattress, mattress topper and pillows. For the first time in years my back and neck are actually supported and the bed is super comfortable. Definately recommend.

Microcloud led me to believe that their mattress was more of a medium/plush with their mattress topper but the mattress is definitely a firm even with their topper. The topper is saving it from being put on gumtree at the moment.

Microcloud really needs to be up front about this as you can't really feel it before you buy.
In hindsight I should paid the extra $1.5k and gone to Harvey Norman to be very honest.

Update: After sleeping on it for a month I can say that this mattress is way too hard for me. I've gone back to sleeping in my old queen bed.
Moral of the story, try before you buy and don't listen to their marketing crap.

Having stayed in hotels throughout Australia who have these beds and experienced such better sleep, I decided to try and find out how I could get one of these beds for my home. I contacted the Microcloud team and placed an order for one. From start to finish the team at Microcloud have been so helpful and kept me informed on how things were progressing. What a great example of a quality customer service and they should be proud of their work. Highly recommend anyone to get one of the beds. It will be the best decision you have ever made.

I thought about a new mattress for far too long! When I saw my old saggy mattress leaving, I knew I had made the right decision. It turns out to be the BEST decision I have made in years! My MicroCloud mattress and topper and pillows are SO comfortable; it is hard to get out of bed in the morning! For years I excepted the poor quality of my mattress, I watched as the little divert my body left each morning over time grew to be a trench big enough to hid a small family and their pet, I knew my weight was in check but the problem was I'd paid way to much money just to throw it out. After sleeping on the MicroCloud range in a hotel I enquired to see if this luxury was available to the public. From that moment on my old mattress was on borrowed time. For many years I put up with a latex mattress trying everything to make this extremely expensive mattress cool enough and comfortable enough to sleep on, after many broken sleeps I decided to make the change .
I had purchased bedding including the pillows, toppers and Doona from MicroCloud and I was so happy with my purchases that there was no doubt that I would purchase my new mattress from MicroCloud .
