I woke this morning to a very loud noise coming from my 1 week old fridge. I opened the freezer door and the food inside had defrosted. I opened the fridge door and seemed as items weren’t as cold as they should be.
Over a period of of time the noise has gotten quieter. However every time l open both doors the fridge seems to stop....some part like a fan... I am don’t enough to o say what part.

What is going on?...

I just bought this fridge in used condition, seems great but for some reason bread in the freezer will not freeze, it stays soft, ice cubes and everything else is good. Is this normal for the model or is it faulty?

Inverter refrigerator saves way more energy as compared to a conventional refrigerator which is a tad more aggressive in grinding more electrical power. Inverter refrigerator generates low noise as compared to the conventional refrigerator

We were told by the delivery driver to leave it a few hour before turning it on!

Hi Xiao,
As long as the fridge has been kept upright you can turn on straight away, however if your not sure of this I recommend that you wait about 4 hours before turning on.
Regards Quint.

Hi, I have a purchased a 420L model and i have noticed the bottom part at the back is not covered. Why is that? I notice it's covered in the 406L multi draw model.

What is the technical difference?

Hi, My fridge has a white plastic cover, basically it keeps the cat (or any other similar sized pests/pets) out from the motor/compressor area of the fridge. Many fridges have this area open for air circulation and ease of cleaning as mice and rodents love to make a home around the warm motors. This is the first fridge I can remember having this cover, it is only held on by a couple of screws. You should ask Mitsubishi why yours is missing, perhaps it was removed in a later product revision or yours was missed out on the production line.
I hope this helps, I hope you realize I am just an x-Mitsubishi customer and not working for the company.
