A chair to grow with bub!
What a great chair that will grow with bub! It is so easy to use & clean, and really simple to assemble. Bub loves sitting up with us now and feeding is so much easier! I love that it's stylish too, no brittle plastic here! Would definitely recommend this chair to all friends!
Ok but could be better
I tossed up between the mocka and stokke and thought I’d give the mocka a go. I’ve been using it for 2 months now and have had the screws on the tray table fall out a number of times. Also the harness is a pile of cheap rubbish and overly complicated, adjusting the traps is fiddly. I ended up switching the harness out with the ikea highchair harness as it’s simple to use. I wanted this chair to grow with my son but it’s construction is poor and unlikely to last.

Great highchair, easy to use and looks stylish.
Purchased around 9 months ago, and have been using for the past six months. Really easy highchair to clean, my baby sits really comfortable in it and it looks really nice in our house. So much nicer than those big plastic highchairs! No problems with the highchair at all and we are happy with our purchase and we will get another one for our toddler to use at our table.
Hi Sue! Great to see your review, and we are super happy to hear you love your highchair! Thank you!

Do not buy!!
Seriously the high chair is the worst product! The seat and footstool didn’t screw in an can fall out. The chair is poorly designed and only thing nice about it is that is looks pretty. Even more enjoying is I can’t get enough height on the hair to even teach our average height table. Save your money, by buy anything else.

Wouldn't buy again
Oporto Bookcase has now been assembled, the instructions were a little hazy.
The whole room now smells really strongly like paint or some kind of chemical.
Same thing as another piece of furniture that was purchased and in another room.
Wouldn't buy again, no idea if it's toxic or not.
Hi Justin, rest assured, all our products have a non-toxic finish. Sometimes when items have been packaged for a longer length of time, they need a few days airing in a vented room, and you will find them to be ok after this :) thank you.
Avoid!
Stuck in an impossible loop with a faulty product, a company that does not care about their customers, 'solutions' that only cause more grief and inconvenience and a courier company that say they'll turn up, then don't (4 times) Ordering from Mocka has cost me time, money and has been frustrating and disheartening. Their product is cheap, poorly built and damaged as is their veiled customer service that appears at first to be prompt and courteous but is actually totally careless.
Save your self the money and the time, shop elsewhere!!

Purchased this highchair based on lack of knowledge really and the price point was right for us .my daughter started on solids at around 6 months.
First i found she would throw her back to laugh or show excited she would knock her head on the solid timber top, i also found her dangling from the harness by the arms she had slipped so it happened so quickly i couldn't avoid it .may i add my child is more like a 2 year old in size for her age .
Today was the last straw at 14 months she slipped again as the squabs don't stay on and was hanging t...

Do NOT buy death trap.
I am a second time mum, we have used other products from mocka and many different highchairs. I am so disappointed in this product. It was fine when my baby was six months but now she can move around the seat part has fallen out several times leaving her dangling ..thank goodness I had her fully strapped in. We have put together the seat correctly and checked all screws. The problem appears to be caused by the baby moving and kicking against the chair ...this slides out the seat and they fall. I've never written a product review but I am so horrified I had to post. DEATH TRAP.

Read moree to move by hand. Once assembled the highchair can hold the weight of a small adult up to 60kg. The seat will never move or slide. We try to make this as clear as possible in our instructions. Our own children have used these highchairs for many years, since they were 6 months old, and we would certainly never sell an unsafe product. Thank you.- 2 reviews

Great chair
Arrived quickly & well packaged. Really good quality chair - haven't had any safety issues. Took a bit of time to assemble, and will be a bit fiddly when need to adjust heights as baby grows, but that wont be too often so not a big deal. Baby looks comfortable and love that he can sit at the table!

Extremely unsafe
Never buy this product. The seat has fallen out under my baby twice because she kicks the part between her legs it pushes out forwards and falls off leaving her dangling!! They are arguing with me that it's my assembly but we already took it apart and put it back together after the first time. They are trying to refuse refund. I'm so upset.

Read more legs. Also bought the cot, and it's cheap quality. The wood chips off the bottom if you push it across the ground.Very Good Chair - Pain Assembling it
This is very good chair, i cant understand why people are paying nearly 300$ for Stokke Chair with which you dont get seat covers and not even the tray. You can pay 150$ and get everything with Mocka. My bub totally loves it. The only problem that i had was with assembling it, the manual was very difficult to understand and screws were hard to fit it. Overall i am happy with it.
Hi Parkash, thank you for your review!

Great quality kids furniture
I have just received the Belle kids table and chairs. They arrived very quickly, well packaged and in perfect condition. They are Super easy to assemble and very good quality. I will definitely order more from this company and it's certainly one of the better online stores to deal with.

Great customer service
I had a good experience with their customer service and they were very helpful. Quickly resolved my question through live chat. Product is what I wanted and am happy with it. Great prices and very affordable, obviously due to these prices they aren't going to be top of the line high quality, but it works well and looks good
good product, shocking service
Cot was great, sturdy and beautiful.... But was over a week late to be delivered and was damaged on arrival. Upon assembly the cot was damaged by a screw, so half the cot had to be replaced. Mocka also refused to call me / advertise a phone number so all correspondence was via email... also annoying.
Love this highchair
Absolutely love this highchair. I was initially wary of purchasing it based on the reviews that said the seat wasn't stable/had dropped out, etc. But i loved the look (and price!) of it so decided to take a chance and buy it anyway. It arrived and i was disappointed to find that the seat did indeed move around, and wasn't fixed tight. A little investigation revealed that the footboard was marginally (3mm) wider than the seat, hence the legs didn't tighten around the seat properly. I contacted Mocka, sent through a few photos and within 48 hour...
Read mores had a new seat board that fit perfectly. The chair is now rock solid. And the customer service was second to none. The chair is stylish and easy to clean. My only minor suggestion for improvement would be to put a lip on the baby-side of the tray as bubs has a tendency to swipe food into her lap - but this is minor. Thanks Mocka!Wouldn't recommend it.
I regret spending the money on this high chair. My husband has adjusted it a couple of times to get the foot rest at the correct level and already one of the bolts has worn so the Allen key is just spinning around without it tightening. As well as this we cannot get the wooden seat to stay in place. It slides forwards (the only thing holding it in place is the strap) and backwards out of the grooves. No matter how much we adjust it we cannot get it tight enough to be safe. It seems to me to be a very poorly made chair as we have only had it for 2 weeks and already have these problems. Not happy with it at all.

Love it!
After doing a lot of research we decided we wanted a wooden high chair with a footrest. I am so pleased we found the Mocka Original high chair, it's reasonably priced and it looks great! I notice that a few people mention that the harness was tricky to use - the company have clearly taken note and a set of instructions were provided in the box. I am so happy with our choice - definitely a product that will last!

Good chair but poor customer service
Easy to assemble though I puchased two at once one came missing both back supports and the other came missing one of the cushions. There is no contact number to phone anywhere so is up to email or facebook to get any customer service. Sent out missing pieces but no overnight delivery service after waiting 5 days for delivery for the highchairs as I live in a non metro area now waiting another 5 days so two weeks to have use of both chairs while I have two boys that argue over who will sit in the assembled chair in the mean time. All that was of...
Read morefered was an apology. I understand mistakes are made but I think their quality control and customer service needs to step up a bit. I was only offered a phone number after the second time of asking why there is no contact number. Won't be buying from them again. Quality wise on par with ikea but more expensive from Mocka.NOT SAFE!!
To keep it short!! The seat dropped from under my baby twice!! The company say they have heard of this happening and it's because it is not assembled well, my hubby is a cabinet maker so puts things together for a job and it happened twice!! Thank god my baby was ok!! We demanded a refund - which they happily did!

Good high chair
Nice little high chair, Easy to wash and disinfect after the battle that goes on in there everyday. Shoulder straps are confusing at first but once worked out its fine. Very comfortable as my child spends hours in there playing with food. Looks great when stored away. Would recommend to all my friends

Perfect toddler chair
I bought two Mocka Soho highchairs for my 1.5yo & 3yo. I use them as normal chairs (without the bar). The kids now love sitting at the table b/c it's a perfect height. We are finally able to have family meals at the table!! They look great and 3 of my friends with toddlers have since bought them

Looks great & baby loves sitting in it!
A great price for such a nice wooden high chair. I had to look up on the internet how to attach the shoulder straps, but it was easy after I found instructions. It is easy to clean and my baby loves to sit it it. People always comment how nice the chair looks when they come over.

Great for the price
I bought this second hand about 18 months ago, after friends raved about theirs. It's pretty similar to a Stokke Tripp Trapp, but has an integrated tray. You can move the seat and foot rest to different heights, it's all assembled with an alan key so it's easy to adjust. My son was in this from when he started solids, and for a long time we always used the extra harness for safety. I never used the padding because it wasn't a wipeable surface so just looked like a load of extra washing to me. I found it very sturdy and never had any of the...
Read more issues some of the other reviewers had. If the seat or foot rest falls out it's because it's not screwed in properly (it's self assembly) but maybe more recent models have had problems that my second hand one doesn't? The tray is held down with a strap that goes between the legs and has a buckle on to secure, the strap is way longer than needed and you have to wrap it around and then there's a cover you velcro around it. Someone commented on the baby being able to kick the tray up - the would mean the strap hadn't been tightened properly. I never had a problem with it, but it's not the nicest piece of design. To properly clean the high chair you have to fully undo the strap, but day-to-day wiping down you wouldn't bother. This has been a great high chair and adjusting the seat height means I am currently using it as my own chair at the dining table (my toddler started to refuse using it!), so lots of longevity in it for the family. I would've been happy to pay full price for this, but happened to see a good one second hand so snapped it up. I did look at the Tripp Trapp, and having used other people's I really don't see it's worth the extra cost. If I hadn't got this I would've gone for the basic Ikea one - it's lightweight, super easy to clean, v cheap, pretty much impossible to tip over, and the legs can be removed if you want to take it with you in the car if you've got a weekend away or something.Unsafe, uncomfortable and difficult to clean
Was given this chair as a gift. Chair not supportive and my 6 month old kept wobbling all over the place. She was later able to kick up the wooden tray almost jamming her fingers numerous times. Screws kept coming loose. Final straw was when bottom slipped out from beneath her and she was left dangling in the harness.
