Good chair but poor customer service
Easy to assemble though I puchased two at once one came missing both back supports and the other came missing one of the cushions. There is no contact number to phone anywhere so is up to email or facebook to get any customer service. Sent out missing pieces but no overnight delivery service after waiting 5 days for delivery for the highchairs as I live in a non metro area now waiting another 5 days so two weeks to have use of both chairs while I have two boys that argue over who will sit in the assembled chair in the mean time. All that was of...Read more
fered was an apology. I understand mistakes are made but I think their quality control and customer service needs to step up a bit. I was only offered a phone number after the second time of asking why there is no contact number. Won't be buying from them again. Quality wise on par with ikea but more expensive from Mocka.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

NOT SAFE!!
To keep it short!! The seat dropped from under my baby twice!! The company say they have heard of this happening and it's because it is not assembled well, my hubby is a cabinet maker so puts things together for a job and it happened twice!! Thank god my baby was ok!! We demanded a refund - which they happily did!

Good high chair
Nice little high chair, Easy to wash and disinfect after the battle that goes on in there everyday. Shoulder straps are confusing at first but once worked out its fine. Very comfortable as my child spends hours in there playing with food. Looks great when stored away. Would recommend to all my friends

Perfect toddler chair
I bought two Mocka Soho highchairs for my 1.5yo & 3yo. I use them as normal chairs (without the bar). The kids now love sitting at the table b/c it's a perfect height. We are finally able to have family meals at the table!! They look great and 3 of my friends with toddlers have since bought them

Looks great & baby loves sitting in it!
A great price for such a nice wooden high chair. I had to look up on the internet how to attach the shoulder straps, but it was easy after I found instructions. It is easy to clean and my baby loves to sit it it. People always comment how nice the chair looks when they come over.

Great for the price
I bought this second hand about 18 months ago, after friends raved about theirs. It's pretty similar to a Stokke Tripp Trapp, but has an integrated tray. You can move the seat and foot rest to different heights, it's all assembled with an alan key so it's easy to adjust. My son was in this from when he started solids, and for a long time we always used the extra harness for safety. I never used the padding because it wasn't a wipeable surface so just looked like a load of extra washing to me. I found it very sturdy and never had any of the...Read more
issues some of the other reviewers had. If the seat or foot rest falls out it's because it's not screwed in properly (it's self assembly) but maybe more recent models have had problems that my second hand one doesn't? The tray is held down with a strap that goes between the legs and has a buckle on to secure, the strap is way longer than needed and you have to wrap it around and then there's a cover you velcro around it. Someone commented on the baby being able to kick the tray up - the would mean the strap hadn't been tightened properly. I never had a problem with it, but it's not the nicest piece of design. To properly clean the high chair you have to fully undo the strap, but day-to-day wiping down you wouldn't bother. This has been a great high chair and adjusting the seat height means I am currently using it as my own chair at the dining table (my toddler started to refuse using it!), so lots of longevity in it for the family. I would've been happy to pay full price for this, but happened to see a good one second hand so snapped it up. I did look at the Tripp Trapp, and having used other people's I really don't see it's worth the extra cost. If I hadn't got this I would've gone for the basic Ikea one - it's lightweight, super easy to clean, v cheap, pretty much impossible to tip over, and the legs can be removed if you want to take it with you in the car if you've got a weekend away or something.Similar opinion? Unsafe, uncomfortable and difficult to clean
Was given this chair as a gift. Chair not supportive and my 6 month old kept wobbling all over the place. She was later able to kick up the wooden tray almost jamming her fingers numerous times. Screws kept coming loose. Final straw was when bottom slipped out from beneath her and she was left dangling in the harness.

Fantastic Items and Service
Have dealt with MOCKA for over a year all items including drawers and super floating shelves exactly as described, super fast delivery. Sale prices are real discounts, not phony ones. Recommend them with 5 star rating. Web site easy to use and items that are in stock are. Easy to put together and look great.

A great highchair.........so practical and easy to use. Easy to assemble, and no safety issues at all.........I am guessing some other reviewers didn't assemble the chair correctly. Its really stable and safe, and happy to have my kids using the highchair.

Bad quality
Arrived with missing screws. Then they only sent one screw when I asked for 2. Threads in bars broke. Bad quality.

Get what you pay for
I have had my high chair for 4 months and it was good at the start but it tipped over with my 7 month old in in all he did was push back on the table he fell and cracked his head on my tiles, not very sturdy. Also my is starting to get cracked in the wood like it is splitting apart. Very disappointing next time I will get one with 4 wheels for stability!

Great high chair!
Really really good :)
such an easy chair to clean, it has a fixed centre piece between baby's legs so no slipping down. We use a little cushion as a backrest while our little ones still small. It's was also very inexpensive which was a great bonus. I was recommended if from a mothers group.
Love this chair!
Inexpensive (cheapest I'd found) reliable, easy to clean, very stable.
None really but If had to pick something.. I've stubbed my toe on the feet of it a couple of times but that's because the legs of the highchair stick out about a centimetre wide then you'd think (which actually makes it very stable)

Mocka Soho
I have the Mocka Soho version of this chair (exactly the same but no tray). It is really well made, so easy to put together, it looks great. My 3yo is sitting on the highest setting so it will suit her for years to come. She loves being able to get up and down herself. Looks great at the table. I find it helps to promote good posture too.
Two reviewers have said that the seat is unsafe and that it slides in and out. I wonder if they have built it properly - after sliding in the seat and footrest you tighten all the screws and there is NO way that I could get the seat out of the slot without undoing all the bolts again, it is extremely sturdy.
Looks great, cheap, popular with my 3yo.

Love it
Great high chair, stylish and practical!! Like a stokke but a fraction of the cost. Using it for a 6 month old, but will last until she is into her teens. Easy to assemble and alter. I purchased the shoulder straps too, highly recommend this! Overall so far we love the chair, and have had many comments!!
Fits my 6 month old and friends 2.5 yo easily without changing heights. Easy to assemble. Looks amazing!
Not as easy to ckean as some high chairs

Brilliant high chair!!!!
This chair is great. After trying some awful high chairs (Bloom Nano in particular) we switched to a Tripp Trapp - which was brilliant - but expensive. With a second baby on the way I needed a two tripp trapp style chairs for the second dining table, and buying two Tripp Trapps just wasn't financially viable - so thought I would try this chair.
So happy that we did buy it, it is stylish, well designed, comfortable for my little one, especially with the included seat pads, easy to clean and very safe. It will last my little ones for years ...Read more
to come (which is why I needed 2, this isn't a chair that they grow out of in 12 months). Such great value too. My only criticism is I wish it came in more colours - but seriously that is such a minor point Stylish, Safe, Comfortable, Great Value Nothing!!Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Awesome high chair!
Wow, this has to be the best value, easiest to assemble and use highchair on the market! Those other reviewers must have assembled incorrectly. Our kids (2) love it, it's super easy to use and move and looks fantastic - a contemporary, stylish piece of furniture in our home! Super practical and sensational value.
Very easy to clean and great height, as well as looking very stylish!

Unsafe Highchair - would not recommend
I personally found this Highchair unsafe with the harness not being built into the chair and the wooden seat slipping in & out, I love the look but I return the item due to safety concerns. Also disliked that you couldn't take tray off to easy sit baby in - better suited to older toddler.

Unsafe high chair
I would not recommend this high chair to anyone. The seat slides into a slot which, with movement can come loose. My son has fallen out three times leaving him dangling . The only thing that has stopped him from ending up on the floor is the strap that holds the tray to the seat. It doesn't come with a harness which must be purchased separately making this high chair dangerous my son is able to stand up and turn around. I am at loss to see how anyone would think the design of this high chair is safe for children.
In my view this is not a safe...Read more
high chair for children. The seat comes loose with movement and the safety harness must be purchased separately. I mean really do you buy a car without seat belt? Why is it acceptable to have a high chair without a safety harness.1 comment

The perfect high chair for grandparents
As first time grandparents, we obviously needed a high chair, but one to fit in with our lifestyle. The Mocka High Chair is just perfect, it is a piece furniture, not just plastic and chrome. It is small, so easy to pop into a corner. It can be flat packed again for in between grandchildren, and the big bonus is that it will be useful for the 3 year old as well as 6 month old. It is also absolutely great value well outpricing other high chairs especially when you only require a high chair for visitors.
Price, Style, Design - ability to suit all ages and it can be flat packed if not required for long periods.
