Well we updated our bathroom in 2018 June and thought we were picking a good product sold at Bunnings but our shower head and arm got a crack in it we got a change over but now it's happened again. So not happy wetting all the ceiling. Got our receipt out and took it back to bunnings only to be told they will not refund us. This is not wright its a faulty product and i will be taking this further. I warn everyone DO NOT PURCHASE ANY MONDELLA products they are all faulty.

Well...I really wish I had read the reviews before purchasing any of the junk this company produces. Was in the middle of having a shower and out of nowhere, the shower head JUST snapped completely off of the hose attachment.
To top it all off, the (remaining) hose sprayed water all over the bathroom walls, celeing, floor - the lot.
This item was less than 3 months old.
I'm trying not to get angry.
It wasn't cheap . ...but don't be fooled because IT IS NOTHING BUT CHEAP. Stay away from mondella products

Can not buy replacement spindle seals so when taps start to leak you can not replace the hot and cold seals at the bottom of the spindle, they want you to keep buying the whole spindle, rip off.

Hand rail and shower set great in chrome and then a cheap plastic soap dish, how long it will last, who knows,why not put a chrome soap dish to match.

Bought 6 x Mondella Signature LED mirrors from Bunnings.

2 of them have already fallen off the tiled wall and damaged my bathroom mixers because the tape backing on the back of the mirror that connects to the hook has failed. This was applied from factory.

I would avoid Mondella products at all costs! Terrible Customer Service! No telephone number and only way to contact them is through a Contact Form on their website. The Customer Rep, Claude, places the entire blame on the installer and installation when the issue lies with the cheap double sided tape that they use! No telephone number to contact him or Mondella. Will be filing an application with NCAT and have this matter dealt with.

As with another review our base has cracked after only 9 months. It will need extensive renovation to repair the damage. Who is meant to pay for that. Unlike the other "post" we did have a qualified repairman do the job so hopefully Mondella will stand by their product.

Mondella black toilet seat.......do not buy as they are rubbish!Plastic veneer over MDF in a wet area!.Did'nt know until BOTH seats cracked and peeled revealing MDF which turns into soggy wheatbix when wet,they lasted 6 months.Bunnings now tell me that i have to go through company directing to submit a warranty claim which they say is the first one......yeah right!Also there taps leak and toilet roll holder is corroding after 6 months,the quality of this stuff is appalling.

What we should know that all this well designed stuff is made cheaply in China were most of rubbish is made.I have only one complain to make about their kitchen sink faucet where they provide just one rubber washer instructing you to put it under sink.NO NO NO you don't have to be licensed plumber to know if top flange of faucet is without rubber washer then water dirt and grime will corrode securing screw under sink and you will have cursing fun to undo it.So contrary to instruction I have put rubber washer on the top and made another rubber washer for under sink.

Have attempted to contact Mondella on two occasions using their online contact messaging service. On neither occasion did Mondella send any response whatsoever addressing my questions. This exceptionally poor customer service. They post no phone contact on their website, and don't reply to their messaging system. Very poor. Their products appear to be exclusively stocked by Bunnings, whose customer service I have always found to be exceptional. Why they persist with Mondella is beyond me.

I had purchased a modella toilet suite at Bunnings and the plumber installed it in, it doesn't flush properly, so I called Bunnings again and was advised to call the hotline for mondella, it was just after 3pm and their business is close already, what am I supposed to do now with this leaking toilet ( I had reported to my plumber) and then it doesn't flush properly, waste of money for sure, do not buy this product!

Our Mondella bathroom taps and chrome sink plugs are rusting after just two years. Very poor quality. Design good but clearly a problem with the chrome finish. Would expect bathroom fittings to withstand damp conditions without rusting. We did not purchase these - they were fitted when we bought the unit new.

My Mondella 3-4.5L just wont flush #2 properly. Worst toilet I have ever owned. It was plumbed by a licenced plumber so I am unsure what else I could have done in order to have it flush correctly.

Bought a mondella basin mixer from Bunnings. It does not have a hole in the middle for the bolt to go in for installation.
Instructions show there is a hole for the bolt but it's not there.
How can you sell a product when the instructions do not match the item.

Our new showe base is less than 12 months old. About 3 months ago a bright white mark appeared. Contacted Bunnings who contacted Mondello. Apparently the cause is water falling on that spot and “poor maintenance”. They recommend using products contra-indicated on the box it came in. I’ve been cleaning shower bases for 55 years and have never had anything like this. But I’d have to get the builder to replace the shower cubicle to replace it. Unimpressed diesn’t Even come close to how I feel.

poor quality broke holding screw under sink after two years have been waiting a week now but when rang today still not sent maybe by christmas it will be replaced never buying anything by mondella again

Kitchen is 10yrs old in that time we have had 2 Dorf mixers which leaked and now this Mondella one after 3-4years, it leaks from spray button.
Not happy!
