Kitchen Flick mixer tap!
Kitchen is 10yrs old in that time we have had 2 Dorf mixers which leaked and now this Mondella one after 3-4years, it leaks from spray button.
Not happy!

First 2 mixers spurted (and I mean drenched me with) water in between joins on the neck. The second one was meant to be an improved version...I wonder why?! but it did the same thing anyway.
The 3rd one's funnel shot off the end of the arm and would've caused me some damage if I had of been standing on the other side of the sink.

Took all 3 back to Bunnings for replacements. Now were onto a different design all together, so lets see how long this holds up.

Their products look nice and modern but they're badly designed and not worth the trouble. Unfortunately Bunnings don't offer many different brands, so pickings are slim but I will definitely be looking another brand if this one ends up breaking again.

$63 toilet seats at Bunnings that come in a variety of colourful designs - I had to replace two of them after three months as the veneer split and peeled off revealing mdf board underneath. I guess these would be fine if they never got wet, but I’m not sure how you’re supposed to clean your toilet then. They looked awesome and got compliments from every visitor who saw them, prior to disintegrating.

Very poor quality .purchased mondella washing machine taps ceramic quarter turn, had to change 4 sets in 2 days as they would leak.Most disappointing thing was standard response for distributor.

Chips at slightest bit on contact. Within two months of using it, chips starting to appear. Wrote to Mondella and they wish to take no responsibility for the crappy product that cost $459,00.

We have used other glass products for years and only Mondella Glass sink is the one that got a chip in 6 months. Though that product was in Warranty company refused to honor it.

Wall mount plugs and fixings supplied to fit the rail to the wall are inadequate. When rail is fixed to the wall bracket it droops and pulls the screws out of the wall.

We had this installed in our guest bathroom....

Toilet looks nice... works well... but OMG expect to clean it everytime someone does a #2!!
This toilet is the worst... a laughable... skids galore!!
Every. Single. Time.

Our older toilet does not have this problem at all.. I would never get this brand again!!!

(The toilet lid also broke about 2 months in? Unreal...)

This is an easy to hold, light weight shower head. It has 3 settings, rain shower, massage, and waterfall. The first 2 are good, the waterfall setting is fairy poor, perhaps it requires more water pressure. It was easy to fit, and for the price, I don’t think you can go wrong.

We chose this toilet suite to replace 2 toilets in our house because of the fact that the base completely covers the floor pipe, it is reasonably priced and that it doesn't fit flush to the wall as we would have needed to either remove wall tiles or add wall tiles and we didn't have any spares.
After 2 weeks of use we find that both the 3 and 4.5 litre flushes work very and the bowl keeps relatively clean. Also the outside of the toilet toilet is very easy to clean. It refills very quickly (compared to our old toilet which also had similar size flushes) and is fairly quiet during refilling.
We would recommend these toilet suites.

Carefully read the warranty before purchasing a mondella shower base from Bunnings.
I had my bathroom renovated just 2 years ago and noticed a small crack forming on the side of the base ( didn’t think I would have a problem seeing it has a 10 year warranty). I contacted Mondella and spoke with the service manager he requested to firstly send him a proof of purchase and a receipt from the plumber or builder who installed it. I then received an email back stating it most likely a fault in the resins and they would replace the base free of charge but the warranty only covers labor for 1 year . COST TO REPLACE THE BASE $150 LABOR COST TO INSTALL A NEW SHOWER BASE 1650.00.
I will never purchase a mondella product ever again.

I have installed mondella resonnance showers in 3 bathrooms and the result has been extremely disappointing.
The showers are so noisy that when in use they can be heard in ALL parts of the house and our house is 3 stories!
Bunnings tried to put the blame on our water pressure but without changing the water pressure and installing another brand of shower, the noise has significantly reduced. The problem of the resonnance shower seems to be in the inverter mechanism where the hole through which the water must pass through is so small thus with the water pressure the noise is roaring!

I would not recommend this product.

Couldn't believe a mondella bath could cost $1,000 and doesn't come with a drain or plug very disappointed we now have to hunt down and pay more for these required parts, for that amount of money I would expect them to be included bit of a rip off.

Waste of money. I returned one to Bunnings after it failed. The replacement lasted 8 months. Now when it it moved everything moves including the flexible hoses. Pointless changing it again as I will get the same rubbish.

Bought 2 towel rails from Bunnings about 3 months ago from the Rumba range, I am still waiting on purchasing a robe hook and toilet roll holder to complete the job and for some reason these supposed stock items have not been in stock for months and after a call direct to Mondella they say the order should be in the next 2 weeks they have said this at least 5 times. Don't say you can supply products when you cant. I have installed the towel rails so I am stuck with waiting.

Bought the Mondella bath set for around $100 or so, the ceramic taps started dripping badly within 60 days. These taps have to be replaced completely as the ceramic is not interchangeable like washers. The spout also turns the water a very rusty color so you have to run the water for 10 sec before it is clean and usable.

I purchased a Mondello kitchen flick mixer aprox 18 months ago I live in Melbourne so the water quality is good. One week ago the neck of the tap developed a pin hole.
After contacting Mondello I was informed that without a receipt they could not assist.
I doubt this tap has been on the market for more than 10 years which is the warranty period so I would have hoped for some level of assistance.
Moral of the story keep your receipt snd dont expect much from cheaper brands.
PS Tap was also very noisy in operation.

Update:
3 days after writing this review I was contacted by the product support department and was offered a replacement which has since arrived so to Mondellas credit they did come though in the end.
