Wish I'd looked at the reviews before purchasing a Mondella Vege Spray Mixer for the kitchen sink! The water flow is so slow, it's a joke. When you read the fine print, it says it comes with water saving devices, but it's ridiculously slow and takes forever even to fill up a cup! Does anyone know if the flow rate can be adjusted?

I purchased a square 300mm shower arm at Bunnings for $49.00. When installed the arm is not level across the top and heads downwards a little bit. The plumber who installed it has not worked with Modella products before and he wants to know if this is correct or is the product is faulty. The water pipe coming out of the wall is straight. Les

I have a question regarding the method by which our Mondella Cadenza Close Coupled Toilet Suite was installed.
We recently had this toilet installed by a Plumber. Following installation, when the toilet is sat upon we have experienced some slight movement in the pan along with a bump noise.

We have had the Plumber back to review the job and his fix was to apply more adhesive.

When I asked if the fixing bolts were secure, he tells us that this toilet is installed by using SILICONE ONLY and that there are no bolts or fixings attaching this toilet to the floor.

I have looked at the Installation directions for the "Pan Floor Fixing Guide" and this guide shows that there's two floor brackets that attach to the floor, and then the pan gets attached to those. Inspection through those two small holes on either side at the base of the pan show no sign of a floor brackets or screw fixings - it's pretty much empty space in there.

Can you please tell me;
1. if this method of installation for this toilet is correct, or not, and
2. how would a warranty claim be regarded if this toilet suite was installed not according to instructions by a Plumber, that is. without the included pan to floor fixing brackets?

Installed fine but no pressure, have tried to up the water pressure but still no change. The water is just dribbling out of the hand piece and nothing is coming from the ring when the hand piece is docked. How do I fix this?

I am a licenced plumber have installed a Mondella Cadenza spray mixer on our laundry tub, the spray handle will lay in the tub and there is a possibility of back flow. the inspector wants a Dual check valve fitted does your tap have one fitted to comply with the Australian Standards.
