Great light pram. Perfect for travel

published

Very easy to fold (although you need both hand to be able to fold)
Very light weigh
Gtea for airport, shopping
CONS:
I would love to have a peekaboo window! Not being able to see if my son has fallen asleep or if he is making to much mess while eating and so on bothers me a lot
Distance between handle and sun hood is very short!

Compact stroller for the car

published

I first loved this stroller as it would glide through the shopping centre one handed but made the mistake of using it to walk to the park a couple of times which wore the wheels out so fast that they got stiff and the frame became loose. Great for the car and airport as its compact and fits in the overhead. Easy to fold and store. Although you would probably need another proper stroller for actual travel outside the airport depending on the destination...ie. Italy is a mountain buggy nano no no!

Great value travel pram

published

Had this pram for just over a year and travelled with it overseas and interstate many times and have been allowed to bring it as carry-on every flight.
It's compact, light, easy to fold and easy to manoeuvre. The sunshade touching the handle bars didn't bother us.
The seat could do with a little more padding or needs a liner to make it more comfortable and we wish it could go a little more upright as our son looks like he slouches when he's in it, so we tend to use another pram as our everyday pram. We don't regret our buy though as it's been great for our travels.

Great compact pram for travel or evryday use

published

We initially brought this for travel. It was just perfect, as expected we were able to take it onboard. Very useful on the long lay over. Very easy to push in the airport. On the road, it was obviously better in the malls and the foothpath than on grass. Quality was good enough for our purpose. Also use it every after the holiday. It's just lighter and easier to get it in and out of the car.

Second pram

published

I brought this for going around the shops, to leave in the car. Quality is alot poorer than I expected, the hood is missing a screw - apparently this is normal according to baby bunting.
Easy to fold up and very light weight. Wouldn't recommend if you are doing alot of walking

Love this little stroller for travelling!

published

Great quality stroller and very light weight. We take it everywhere, especially travelling on holidays and to the shops. Its so compact and easy to store in the boot of the car.
Could be easier to unfold and less clunky but that doesnt really bother us too much. Its easy to push and maneuver

Compact Fold but flimpsy pram

published

Bought this one for travelling but ended up selling it before travelling. Pram is flimsy and hard to push.
Hood cover is minimum. Back rest is very short which makes my two years old constantly hitting her head on the hood.
Easy to hold but very hard to push even on flat surface like inside shopping centre. Not worth the money

love this pram !

published

we bought this as we have heard it was a light weight to carry on plane and easy to fold. It really is really easy to fold and very light. Love this pram, we took it oversea and have used it when we are out and about. It is not a cheap pram compare to the other one which you can get from Kmart or Target. However, it great if you are after something light to take around on holidays . It comes in a few colour to choose from. Shop around and you should do a price match which Toy R US allow you to if you find somewhere cheaper:)

Great compact pram!

published

Bought this to travel to Melbourne for 2 week trip and was really fit for purpose. Easy to fold and unfold with very responsive and smooth feel. Could easily be used as my everyday pram and much smaller too! I chose the black colour but others are also stylish and look good!

Good for new mums

After a lot of review reading I purchased this for my bubs and don't regret it! It works great on all terrains and is very easy to maneuver and use. I find that the quality of this pram to be great and using it has been a breeze so far.

Good stroller. Light and easy to use.

published

We bought it for traveling and already used it at the airport. The wheels are flexible and it’s easy to fold. Though the seat is a little big for my baby(she’s ten years old), she is happy when she is in it. It can be put into a bag after folding and brought aboard the aircraft which is very convenient.

Excellent pram when travelling compact and light

published

Bought this pram especially to take it overseas with us, as it folds very compact and is light. Pram checked in through the airport as oversize baggage with no issues and was under the allowed weight.

Using it in Europe for 2 months it was really good, being compact means it fit well in smaller shops and streets and easy to store when folding.

Since this is a very compact and light weight pram there is no suspension so the ride is a bit stiff and bumpy, not really a down side as you need to give up these comforts for a compact fit but for those expecting the same luxury ride as one of the big mountain buggy prams you will not find that here

Perfect for travel!

published

We bought this as we travel a bit and instead of a sling or carrier we wanted a pram that would take us to the gate and fold up as hand luggage (and not worry about it getting thrown around). Works a treat. Nice and light. Folding it up is tricky but hubby has it down pat. Nice and sturdy and basket is a decent size considering it’s a stroller. If the canopy came down a bit more to block the sun that would be great but we just throw a wrap over the sides. Love this pram and highly recommend if traveling.

Very disapppointed too flimsy!

published

We sold a great pram for this mountain buggy nano as my girl was getting more active and she would like to go up and down herself. We bought this one because so many good reviews (our original plan was to purchase a yoyo), even the shop assistant recommended and told us aid this is half of the price of a yoyo! We have had it for almost a year now, and we are getting rid of it... i dunno why everyone likes it, for us its so flimsy. dont buy it if you have to fold frequently or travel on the plane, it will break anytime!!!

Light and compact

published

Very light (less than 6kg) and compact making it very convenient to bring overseas. It can be brought in inside the plane and stored on the compartment. However, due to it being light and compact, sometimes it is slightly wobbly when used on a bumpy road. Nevertheless I would recommend this stroller for people who would like to bring stroller to overseas.

Too flimsy

published

I bought a nano back in 2015 and thought it was rubbish as soon as I bought it home. The basket is ridiculous and the small handlebar even worse. The hood was way too small too. I’d say the only thing I did like was the easy harness. Very pricey for a simple stroller. The fold is good.

Perfect for your child!!!

published

Like many, I was torn between the Nano V2 and the Babyzen Yoyo+ ...the Nano was almost perfect for me! The weight, size, maneuverability, and accessories were all great!! However, these are some improvements I would like to see on the next version: + a peekaboo window PLEASE!! ...because I like to be able to see my baby at a quick glance (I am not comfortable otherwise) + a canopy that does NOT rub on your hands/wrists/arms while retracted + a larger canopy with UPF, or shall I say a canopy that extends further (or just at least incorporate the UPF, because I did not see it listed) + all-wheel suspension + a grab bar that fits the frame better, and the option to fold while still attached would be fantastic

Great compact stroller

published

Love how compact this stroller is! It is a light weight stroller but feels sturdy enough. The sunshade is a bit useless- doesnt do much at all. But other than that it has been a pleasure to use and feels very well made. Easy to fold and would definitely recommend.

Fit for purpose

published

I like this because it’s light! I tend to use it more than my other bigger pram due to the weight. The handle is a bit high for me but my main issue is that you need to ensure the back is in the upright position when closing it. Often the back is in the reclined position so I can’t just close it.. frustrating when in a rush and you just want to get in the car and leave (e.g. shopping centre carpark!!)

Hi!
I know there are answers to this question on the forum - however they were answered years ago. I was just wondering if anyone has had any issues with taking the nano as carry onto Qantas.
Thanks!

Hi Kat and thanks for your question. As all airlines have different policies, it is best to check with Qantas before flying. MB x
