We have now purchased two dishwashers (for new houses) and a washing machine from Mr Dishwasher/The Washing Centre. They are brilliant. They always take the time to explain all the products and their features but are never pushy or try to sell a particular product. They will negotiate on price and offer excellent after sales support. Would happily recommend to anyone.

We purchased a Bosch dishwasher from David Jones (obviously an outlet for Mr Dishwasher). It arrived with a dent in the front panel. Bosch sent Mr Dishwasher to replace, but the replacement panel had even more dents. The technician said that they could only offer one replacement, and as the replacement had even more dents suggested we go with the first. So a much saved for stainless steel top brand dishwasher looks like it was bought at a scratch and dent sale. The technician has told bosch that our account is incorrect and that there was not dent in the panel

We narrowed our choice down between an Asko and a Miele washer. The sales person explained the features and benefits of both machines, including their honest opinions on the build quality of each unit. We chose the Asko, as it had a faster spin cycle than the Miele at the same price point. Free delivery and bucket of washing powder is a bonus, most other places wanted to charge $60 for delivery and didn't want to include freebies. Considering that it's impossible to haggle on either Miele or Asko, it's nice that some of their dealers are adding value in other ways. Highly recommended!
