I got a call to let me know what day the oven was to arrive, I had plenty of notice. On the morning of delivery I got a call to let me know what time frame. The oven arrived at the right time in good order. I had it installed yesterday and it is working well. I have no complaints.

Excellent tv for bedrooms. Great picture and good sound. My kids can work the remote very easily and Netflix and YouTube bottoms are the best. Very easy set up took 1 min

Purchase and delivery was easy.Australia post could pick their game up-I get similar sized parcels delivered frm United Kingdom in the same time as Aus Post takes to deliver from Melbourne or Sydney. Billy Guyatts excellent. Bissell stick cleaner is very versatile-excellent light weight vacuum for a lot of those awkward little jobs.

I was chasing a larger fridge in the days leading up to Christmas and had left it a bit late to have it delivered before stores wound up for the year. Billy Guyatts staff arranged the fridge to come straight from the suppler to my door and I got it in time for Christmas. Nothing was too much of an effort for the staff I spoke to and they kept me informed of where they were up to during the process. Seamless transaction.

Fast delivery. Ordered one day and arrived the next, very happy with my purchase, was a little concerned at the packaging- items were in original boxes only and shrink wrapped, so both boxes were squashed, but items were not damaged, apart from that very happy

searched on line for my samsung 65" IRU8000 television. Billy Guyatts was running a special deal and included free delivery. Their price was extremely competitive. Delivery was within a week. Unlike many companies, i was given a call 2 hrs before delivery was to take place so i didn't have to stay home all day. Haven't used the television yet.

Avoid-Shocking Service! XXXXX-They wrongly Addressed item-I Contacted them-Messed for 2 Weeks for their Mistake! No item received yet further insulted by Charging 20% "Restocking Fee" for their incompetance-Reported to Amex!

Freezer was as expected, well packed. (Would have been nice to see more environmentally friendly packaging) Ready to do its job. Very happy. Also store service online and delivery 10/10

Searched online and found this to be best place to buy from. Other stores, nobody could assist me as they had no stock. Exactly what I needed. Great price. Very fast delivery. Extremely happy!

Never heard of this store until I was searching for a fridge during 2022 Boxing Day sales period. Their price was far better than anyone else, offered FREE shipment (on a product like a fridge we are talking about minimum $75) and delivered it quickly within 2 business days.

I bought a Nilfisk vac clnr on clearance, bought online. Have been waiting now for over 12 days for it to be delivered. Tracking is showing as delayed. Have sent them 2 emails, no response, I'm just hoping the parcel has got the address on it, I cant think of another reason why it's showing as delayed. Finally my order was delivered. All good. ;-)

The product is fine - but you get what you pay for in delivery. No one provided details for over a week. Eventually I got an email - no contact details - just a note I would be contacted. When I eventually was, they gave me a 9-5 delivery window. No further information during the day - and the call from the driver is at the drivers discretion, so you have to stay home. Eventually a call at 4pm, and they arrived at 430pm.

I had delivery from a decent company last week and had a contact number, live tracking of the delivery and a delivery window which shortened during the day to give me more time back in my day sitting waiting for the delivery. So different...

Prompt delivery of product, which is performing as expected. This is not our primary sound system but in use for a spare room and at this price point, is more than adequate. After searching, Billy Guyatts clearly offered the best price on this Yamaha soundbar.

They had the cheapest compared to all other stores, even with the extended warranty and delivery charge added into the purchase. Great job, will definitely shop again with them anytime!
