Terrible
Paid for a product and didn't receive any tracking. 14 days later I asked why there was no delivery they said Miele was " on holidays " and the product had not even been sent. Sent several emails and there was a slow response. Had to go through Paypal to get a refund which thankfully I received. The communication was terrible. I'm not taking that risk again.

Excellent packaging. Perfect product.
Packaging was excellent, in a wooden crate, with plenty of padding. Delivery was very fast. The only delay was the oven getting into stock, which was understandable.
The Neff oven performs brilliantly. We are not burning cakes any more!!! For the price, it will be silly not to buy a German oven, rather than an oven made in China. Much better temperature control.

You won’t regret it! Best thing we ever did!
Best thing I ever did was buy from Complex! I had been looking at local suppliers prices/‘models for months here in australia. After receiving quotes, I went online to research the products further and by fluke stumbled across this site - mind you, which had the appliances listed much CHEAPER. Initially I thought “dodgy... don’t do it, something can’t be right it’s too cheap” then went to the review section and noticed a number of others had purchased off it who also happened to be from Australia. After speaking with my husband I took the risk ...Read more
and purchased 1 appliance to see if it would arrive and be as stated. It arrived within 2 weeks of being ordered and came well packaged to the point I had metres of bubble wrap to spare and a timber crate supporting the wrapped appliance. I then went ahead and ordered more from the Bosch range, some of which hadn’t even came out in Australia yet and was cheaper than rrp at big retailers here! I highly recommend the Bosch Serie 8 items! They are brilliant having been a Gagganeu and Miele fan for many years. If your wondering whether Appliances are Compatible with Australia - the answer is yes! All you need is a sparky to connect it! You can change the language to English and many others as required easily! Highly recommend and will be buying from these guys again!!!lSimilar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Impressed.
My wife and I were both very impressed by the trouble Complex Kitchens had gone to re: packaging our glass cook top for a safe trip. It is now part of our new kitchen and at a very good price.

Is there a warranty rip off?
I see that Complex Kitchen is offering to sell extended warranty for an AEG BKP556320M wall oven.
AEG provides a 5 year manufacturer's warranty.
Is Complex Kitchen ripping people off for something they don't need to purchase?

Excellent Service
As many before meI was a bit sceptical.... Hungarian home address, Australian address and web site! But after awhile... nothing but praises; excellent communication, immaculate product and speedy, hassle free delivery and bullit proof packaging. And product was unavailable in Australia!!! Very happy customer!!! Vlad from Melbourne

Quick delivery and SUPER safe packaging
Ording something from Europe to ship it to Australia seems a bit risky, but it's not! They really know what they are doing, the oven was extremely professional and safely packaged and arrive in about 5 days (after shipped) in Sydney - really great.
The oven is amazing, heats up really fast, browns evenly and has lots of great programs. The included thermometer adds additional comfort for the cocking, so you don't miss when you beef is ready.

No Problems. Fast. Perfect condition.
My Bosch induction cooktop arrived 6 days after I ordered it. As others have mentioned packed incredibly well, as snug as a bug in a rug. I think induction can be a bit tricky in the wiring. I had my trusted electrician install it and it is working perfectly. It was $2,000 less than a well known and respected retailer was offering it for. In my opinion definitely worth the "risk". I was comforted by others who reviewed Complex Kitchen and mentioned they were skeptical but decided to go ahead. On the basis of the reviews i also ordered and it has worked out very well for me.

Looks so lovely
We ordered a new model of Miele hob and it arrived as asked and so well wrapped I spent hours opening it to check damage as asked by Complex Kitchens. Will be back for the 2 ovens and rangehood shortly.
Thanks team for a great delivery and packaging.

Excellent service
In short, I had a few issues with my appliance, but the team at Complex Kitchen were amazing and I highly recommend you trust them.
I bought a Bosch induction cooktop at a great price (half of the local cost), and the delivery was super smooth - took around 5 days to be delivered after they had it in stock (so in total perhaps 3 weeks from order to delivery, they were transparent on this on the website). The packaging was second to none.
Unfortunately after installation, it turned out that my cooktop has problems - one zone didn't work and tw...Read more
o other were overheating after 30min. After asking the electrician to check the connection, I contacted complexkitchen and they promptly told me to contact a repairer (I called Bosch after sales). Unfortunately after several appointments and a month of wait, Bosch could not repair my cooktop. I contacted complexkitechen and they replied the next day, telling me they would send a replacement unit asap at no cost. It took a couple of weeks to have it in stock, but it arrived last week and I got it installed. So definitely when something happens it is more complicated to resolve because you have to juggle between the repairer, complexkitchen and an electrician, instead of having the brick and mortar shop sort it out for you. However the service and the communication were fantastic and given the savings I made, it's not an issue for me.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Pretty good...will buy again
I bought a AEG steam oven but the appliance is faulty as it would not steam. Even when the water drawer is filled with water. Adam contacted me to get a technician to look at it and he will pay for the repair. Still waiting for the parts to arrive. I am not fuss as long as it is warranted and paid for until fix. Other than the steaming I love the oven. Is working perfectly. Thank you. Will buy again from you.

Super cheap appliance delivered in very secure wooden box.
I purchased a Bosch induction cooktop at a great price. The process from ordering to being delivered by Fedex took less than two weeks. In the terms and conditions it specifies that the product may be in used condition such as a factory second unit but it was 100% brand new. One set back is there is no manufacturer warranty, only a one year warranty by Complex Kitchen but you are saving heaps of money this way. The appliance arrived very securely in an external pine wood box with extra bubble wrap added inside the original cardboard box packag...Read more

Delivered in bullet proof packaging
We budgeted for the standard Bosch 90cm induction cooktop, but when we found this site, we couldn't resist upgrading for a very small amount. After some concern about international delivery, we were pleasantly surprised by the Fedex notifications and on time delivery. And in an indestructible package! You'll need a screw driver!
Thanks team from ComplexKitchen. We are now looking a the Bosch ovens for a future order.

Buyer beware - Products are not as described + Warranty terms are ignored
We purchased a Miele stove through CompleX Kitchen earlier this year.
When the product malfunctioned we arranged servicing in accordance with the terms and conditions of the sale. An authorised Miele technician confirmed that the stove was faulty and that repairs would cost $1,500+, which we forwarded to CompleX Kitchen.
At this point CompleX Kitchen decided that this was an installation fault and that they would not honour their warranty, despite making no attempt to investigate the issue, and contrary to the expert technician's on site insp...Read more
ection. We also discovered that the product that is sold as new in "original and unopened packaging" however we found that the package had been opened and the serial numbers removed from our product, thus voiding any serviceability by local Miele repairmen. After weeks with no stove and 15 emails CK agreed to send a replacement (and claiming that this would have no new warranty, even though this is illegal) but this does not address the fundamental issue of dodging the warranty and not providing an item that is as described on their website.4 comments

Dear Fjord,
Thank you for your feedback regarding our product and services.... Read more
As it is described in our warranty information, when a warranty issue arises the first step is to contact us. This step is necessary as the products have no manufacturers warranty (as no worldwide warranty offered by the manufacturers) but we supply our own warranty. Once you contact us, we can decide according to the fault if you should call a repairer or we send you a new item. You did not contact us, but called a repairer and sent us the invoice. Your appliance could not have been repaired economically (we have excessive experience) and we replace 90% of cooktops straight away, if fault arises. Your cooktop gave a fault code of overheating as the unit cannot cool down for various reasons (all user related issue) and when this happens repeatedly the part will burn out. User related faults are not covered under any warranty. As the unit is 8 month old and still under our warranty we decided to send you a brand new item as the satisfaction of our customers is our priority. The replacement was sent to you in 12 days which is under our normal 2 weeks dispatch time frame. This unit has warranty for the remaining 4 month, but the one year warranty does not start again. Once your warranty expires with us we are happy to supply you original parts for cost price. This way you can use any repairer not just Miele to avoid costly Miele repair fees. As you did not contact us first and we did not authorize the original repairer call out, we do not cover these fees. Unfortunately this is a vital part in our warranty process. Regarding the box being open, we need to open the unit to check before we send it as no customer would like to receive a broken glass cooktop and being delayed for possibly weeks. The unit is exactly as described on our website, we are not sure what you mean by 'incorrectly described'. A Miele cooktop is a Miele cooktop, it cannot be described differently. The second unit we sent is exactly the same as the first one. Thank you for your feedback we appreciate it and will keep it in mind to further improve our services.Dear marianna,
Here is your warranty process which I have followed, please show me the step where I wait for you to reject my warranty claim with no evidence? Is it somewhere between step 1 and step 2?... Read more
1. Please send us an email with your name, order number, the appliance model number, pnc or nr. E number and fault descriptions. Complete 2. Please find a repairer in your area. Please send us the invoice for payment with your payment details and we endeavour to pay you within 48 hours awaiting reimbursement for technician Also, the statement that "A miele cooktop is a miele cooktop" is absurd. Do you think every shoe that says nike on the side is an authentic shoe? With no serial number there is no way to verify anything about product that you are selling. The only reason you open the box is to scrub the serial number off the products so that nobody can find out where it comes from. Regarding your attempt to reduce the new warranty period, by providing a replacement you have acknowledged that there is a fault with your product and a new 1 year warranty is applicable from the date of delivery. Great Service Gaggenau fully integrated Dishwasher
Like other reviewers was skeptical, however my Gaggenau Dishwasher arrived in the most elaborate packaging Ive seen, original box enclosed by a custom timber crate further enclosed with bubble wrap for protection. The only real caveat here is that you do lose the original manufacturers warranty and are given warranty via the importer. My view is that the items are premium brands, especially Gaggenau and expect not to need the warranty, I ordered this as a test prior to ordering a full kitchen of Gaggenau appliances which I intend to do very soo...Read more

Is it true you remove or sell appliances without serial numbers being visible? Concerned that say buying a Miele product that could require Miele specialist service for repair may then refuse to offer assistance?
1 answer
Marianna M.CompleX Kitchen
Hi Matty, Unfortunately Miele does not let you register their appliances in Australia if bought from outside of Australia. To repair the appliance they only need the model number. The serial number only confirms that the unit is not bought in Australia so they do not provide warranty service. The unit itself is exactly the same of course, but Miele Australia did not make profit on the sale therefore no AU warranty provided.
We offer one year replacement/repair warranty with all products we sell also options for a second or third year. After the warranty period we offer part supply if required and it is still sold by the manufacturer.
Kind regards
