Very poor customer service and empathy. We booked in a termite treatment for the following week and a few days later we fell into some financial stress and could not proceed with the treatment. I spoke to the technician who would be performing the work and relayed our issue to him. He simply said "bad luck you've done your dough then, haven't you?" and stated he would not be refunding our deposit based on some lame excuse as to why. My advice, keep clear!
