Overall I think its a good product, it does make a difference to your workout. Only effective if you really push yourself, a waster of time and money if all you not committed.
Excellent Booster for workouts, gains can be felt in first 2 weeks of use. Does not keep you awake at night if taken later on in afternoon. Body feels naturally boosted when taking as apposed to induced.
Tastes crap, personally I tried all the flavours and non of them are appealing. If the manufacturer did something about the taste then im sure the deck would be a full house
