With MyBudget we have been able to get are debts under control, we've been able to save for christmas gifts, birthdays and enjoy knowing that all our bills are covered. So there's no ugly surprises.

I've spent about 6 months with MyBudget. It has helped me get back on track with paying off my debts. However, it is very expensive for people who are struggling financially. The service also varies in quality and you need a lot of time to liaise with the customer service officers as they do not reply to messages promptly and calls are time consuming (once I waited 40 minutes for my call to be answered). At the end of the day I decided it wasn't for me but still have $900 of my initial joining fee to pay off. I'm pretty disappointed with the service and would recommend doing your research into other options prior to signing.

MyBudgets add says call now and change your life. Well in my case thats exactly what has happened. Im one of those people who simply cant handle money, and the stress of bills and credit card debt was effecting both socially and health wise. For me the initial call was nerve wracking but I can believe how quickly I was put at ease. Two days later, after a two hour consult, I signed up on the spot. My only regret is that I didnt do this years ago. All the staff Ive dealt with are absolutely amazing

The decision to call My Budget was not made lightly but after ongoing money worries and a baby on the way we booked a phone consultation.

Both me and my partner have fulltime employment and we were advised over the phone that they would not be able to help as I would be going on maternity leave in the near future - which was why we made the call in the first place.
