Approximately 2 bedroom home to storage move. Took approximately 4hrs from 9am-12.30pm. Very efficient over long distance. Thanks for helping with my move at such short nice. I appreciate it. Mokshit and hemant were great removalists.

A 3 bedroom house; We packed everything, travelled from Leongatha to Ballarat, Victoria and unpacked in about 8 hours, which was a great effort. The boys didn’t stop and we appreciate how careful they were when packing and moving everything.

They didn’t even turn up!
Absolutely shocking
I booked these guys for a move and not only did they not show up at the booked time, No one would answer any of my 15 calls!
I spoke with one person who told me they weren’t working today and asked me to ring the office, even after I said there was no answer.
The Melb office answered and proceeded to transfer me to Sydney.. guess what? Still no response!
Safe yourself the stress and headaches.. book someone else

AWFUL. Sent me the wrong communication before the job. Had to follow up. Showed up at the originally booked time, but with other peoples things in the truck. Unloaded those things before loading mine, then reloaded all of those things after mine. At both sites. On my clock. Broke the washing machine, somehow cut the screws of the bed, let my cat out of the laundry (She is gone), refused to transport my push bike, even though it was in the itinerary, argued with me about it for 10mins, complained about a flight of stairs, even though they knew a...Read more
bout this at the time of booking, refused to move my washing machine into the laundry... I insisted because I couldn't lift it myself, then dropped it twice, then didn't hook it up as agreed at booking. Also didn't assemble the beds as agreed on booking. Put everything in the wrong rooms, even though the boxes were labelled clearly. Left boxes upside down. Also... 3 Indian guys asking a Sinhalese girl (me), if she has a boyfriend, commenting on her looks, asking to be added on Facebook... NOT APPROPRIATE! Then have the audacity to bill me for 4 hours when though they worked for less than 3 hours and I helped a lot in an effort to hurry them along, since they were standing around looking at each other and their phones a lot of the time. I asked if they could work quicker and they just said... slow slow! Then I asked for an invoice before I made payment and they refused before eventually providing one. But by then, they had left with half my belongings because they claim that I refused payment. NO. I just wanted an invoice, even if it was an inaccurate one. Tried to contact them for the next two days to get my things back and they avoided my calls, texts, etc. Then called the police. They then told me that they would bring my things back that evening, and I would make payment at the site and they would unload the truck. They never showed up. Kept trying again the next day. Two days later, my things were returned but with lots of water damage. Not to mention the trauma of this experience ....on my birthday no less. I'll be seeking compensation for my time, my belongings, for a job not done, for the impact on my work (couldn't go to work because they had my uniforms and my equipment), for the harassment. Do not go anywhere near this company
We rebooked the date we originally booked, we got a confirmation email and called to confirm the new booking date and then no one showed up. They still had us booked for the original date and did nothing to help us. They also had to reschedule my parents and said the original sized truck wasn’t available so they would send a smaller one and not charge for the extra trip. The removalist got there and swore at your and left saying the job was too big. Left us both high and dry... don’t go anywhere near them!!!

Moving house
few miscommunications and an item was left behind due to no space in truck Pace of move a concern as it was per hour but moved at the end. Not much moving equipment and brought small hire truck. Also charged from them ‘scouting’ area. Took 20 minutes to drive the 2km between houses

Very efficient
The 2 men were very efficient. We scheduled to have movers arrive between 1pm-2pm, however, they arrived at 11:30am without any notice which was a bit inconvenient at first but all worked out in the end

Good service for the price.
Overall good service for the price we paid but we could have done without the stress of a late start on the moving day. We had a large move planned from Brisbane to Bundaberg.
I would definitely recommend My Moovers Brisbane - but make sure you’re reasonable flexible with times etc on the day to avoid any uncertainty

ard and did a great job at both ends. No breakages :) and they were friendly guys. Very helpful and considerate. Bad : The job started 3 hours late. (we booked a 7am start but it was closer to 10am) This caused us a lot of stress as we couldn’t contact anyone in the office that early and we were trying to coordinate with the receiving end in Bundaberg. We also booked a pre-pack Service but there were so late we ended up cancelling (we booked for 1pm and at 5pm still not sign of them) which put extra work and stress onto us. Unprofessional and 5:45 hrs late
We spoke with [name removed] and booked our move for 21 March, 9am.
On 20th March, we sent an SMS to [name removed] as a reminder and he confirmed yes.
On the actual move date, 21st, around 9am we called [name removed] as we havent received any notice why the mover has not arrived. He sent us an sms advising that driver is running late and will be around 10am.

Worst Service ever with two inexperienced movers
I was assured that no students are employed to move, it will all professionals, experience, quoted for a medium truck,
The removalist attended 4.5hours late, no one answers the call, a young student and another guy attended, did not know the basics of manual handling, had to run two trips, costing more hours and money, literally creeping, I tried contacting the office and [name removed] on the phone, no response. Would not recommend at all.
I was told that some kind of deduction will be applied for being late, but nothing, came with small rental truck.

Worst removalists I have ever seen.
These are the worst removalists I have ever seen and that’s saying a lot as I worked in the industry for quite a few years.
The truck turned up late and was undersized. We were quoted a 55 cubic metre truck and the budget rental truck that turned up would have been half that size. The 2 workers struggled with the basics of English and showed no care for either the house or our furniture.
It was a wet day and our furniture, including electricals was left in the rain while they carried other items to and from the truck.

I was overcharged an additional $110 by the movers from MyMoovers when I used their service 3 months ago. Since then I have raised a ticket through their support portal, called multiple times to which I am either left on hold for >1hr or am passed to the wrong team (i.e. sales or fleet, when I am trying to reach the complaints team). The few times I have been able to get through to the complaints team, I have been assured that the payment is being processed, but nothing has happened. When am I going to get a legitimate response?

Thank your lucky stars, Stephen O, that you were only overcharged $110, My Moovers stole my daughter’s entire load of furniture and belongings several months ago! We have contacted various govt. bodies, police, fair trading etc. with no help whatsoever. She also paid them hundreds of dollars in storage fees which was never repaid. She has had to start all over again thanks to these thieves. It’s far from over however, I won’t rest till these thugs are brought to justice!

Same here. I’ve been waiting for my reimbursement for over a month now. They broke my leather headboard of my bed. My husband couldn’t be bother to chase up again. He called the service center one after another. They put us on hold for so long before we can talk to someone. And then they said the person in charge isn’t in the office...they promise to transfer the money via bank transfer but it never happens. I left a review here and on google review. And i did report to Fair trading as well. If I can’t get the money back, i don’t think you could Simon sorry...
They owe thousands to numerous customers even those through vcat not paid to customers so we've found out. We've been informed they've started new companies as well. Maybe we all should start a facebook page dedicated to complaints where customers affected can discuss. These people are feral.
