I have had a gift voucher to use and this is a good incentive to make all purchases with Myer when able.

I'm a MYERONE member and I had emailed them asking if they have a Bobbi Brown counter at one of their stores at the Gold Coast. Instead of finding out for me, the so-called "Customer Service Specialist" gives me the store's number and asks me to call them to find out. What a joke and appalling customer service!!

I have been a customer for years and in the past year online in particular. For 2 days now it says my login is wrong. Then it says they don’t have my email address on file. I haven’t changed my details, so have no idea what is going on. Frustrating that they don’t have an email address to contact as I don’t want to call due to not hearing well on the phone.

Shopping is great most of the time though, at times they forget to take the security tag off. and also it is a hassle when all the parcels come in each seperate parcel when I ordered them altogether.

I have collected more than 1750 shopping credits, which don’t even give me a $20 reward. Every time I shop I show this stupid card for more than 1 year and I am not even eligible for any type of reward. No more - it goes in the bin.
Complete waste of Time!!

I bought a bag on a day that could be exceptionally discounted. It is half price based on 40%off. I was very happy at first. I've been waiting for two weeks, and there's no news. Then I tried to get in touch several times in the third week, and they said my bag was taken from another store. All right... I think my bag may not be in the southern hemisphere

I bought all my Lancome products through Myer they had 20% off on the website for my products and also purchased Guerlain foundation brush. I also got my 10 bonus gifts exactly what it says. In total 6 products were ordered using Afterpay quick and easy website no problems whatsoever ( I don't use the Myer App ) I find it's quicker using the mobile website. Tracking order was great, emailed me when they'll arrive and I was completely surprised all of my goods were delivered to the post office within 2 days in perfect order in a tightly packed big box. Great services and will definitely order again. I like the efficiency. This is how a business should work.

Unfortunately the myer gift cards can not be used online. What a joke. My mum buys me a myer gift card every Xmas and sometimes on my birthday. Not anymore. I went to the store the product wasn't available so I tried to purchase online however the gift card can't be used.
I'm so frustrated and wasted hours. I will be buying the product but not from Myer.

Iv been using Myer one card for years now and i love it! Plus its free so i cant complain too much! Love receiving my $20 dollar vouchers when iv spent over a certain amount. Plus the online app makes tracking so much more easier!

Tefal frypan for induction, used on k-mart induction hotplate. Good, economical and efficient. Worth the pruchase especially during sale season. Friendly and helpful Myers staff

After placing my order, I found myself can't login in. Always comes out my email ID wasn't correct. However I do remember all my account information correct. I even received order confirmation email. So I have to reset my password and switched to another email address. Then again, the online store couldn't recognize. It must be the worst online shopping website I've ever used. I mean if they keeping running Myer in this way, they definitely will lost lots of customers.

Why is it everytime I go to shop at Myer Online, it is impossible???
I am trying to purchase some Skechers shoes and a Miss Shop jumper...goes into my basket, then I can't log in.
I know my login details, but still comes up as incorrect. I request a password reset and everytime I try to use that, it is always expired or timed out.
Then I receive a message stating that I am locked out and need to call customer service
I ring customer service and they tell me that they will fix it, but never is fixed. Totally fed up!!!!

one of the middle age staff from lady designer in city shop. She even treat me like thief . So they think we cannot afford expensive things or she think she is better than eveyone.by Myerone . They may track your shop experiences . I even donot know she will write some bad notice about my myerone or not. Very bad experiences.

I received a '5x credits' promotion in an email on 27 June. The wordings made me think that I need to make two purchases in order to qualify for the '5x credits' for the purchase I would make on the Final Day of the Stocktake Sale, which was 2 July. So I made two small purchases, followed by a bigger one on 2 July. It is such a huge disappointment to me when their customer service staff told me that it was supposed to be the second day purchase that it counts for '5x credits'.

What ever I am looking for anywhere am all way find in MYER and in the end help me with MYER ONE reward. Just got my last card for $60. YupYYYY yy
