Worst place to shop. Way over priced for poor quality clothing etc etc etc. No one around to assist. Thank god online shopping is taking over.

I am not sure if there is a mistake or what but being a myerone card holder technically entitles you $10 on your bday each year. However as a regular spender/customer at Myer we have received nothing. We haven't even received new myer one cards we registered after we lost one or two including all the points. I mean it's bizarre. We have had one card for at least over 10 years and spending over tens of thousands of dollars and when we ask how many points we have over the phone always give some ambiguous answer and say you need to spend more. I know more card systems like this but there are also card systems that to an extent work better.

We used our Myerone card at Caltex, spending hundreds of dollars each week.
We checked on the Myerone app and were expecting a $60 gift card. Nothing arrived, looked again only to find -4100 points!! What the!
I phoned customer services, they checked t and C s, because we went over $300 in any one transaction, NO points, no card, nothing!!!
If spending dollars at Caltex, do it in a couple of transactions

Spend money and earn points. Just don't expect to ever redeem them. You have to wait and wait and wait for a $20 gift card that never arrives and it you don't spend enough this month your points total resets and you start again.

Birthday rewards - only use if you spend after discounts adds up to 60$ and this excludes many brands and items - their ANNIVERSARY REWARDS same I was caught out was not really going to save much 10 percent but in end it was on exclusion list -- a reward voucher / birthday gift should have no min spend 10$ should go towards any item 12$ etc and just making us spend extra to over pass 60$ min rip it up not a gift.

Very convenient even without the MYER one card I can use my app on the phone for scanning to get pointd

I've been a Myer One member for around 10 years. During this time I have made countless purchases at Myer and use my Myer One card at participating Caltex service stations when I tank my car. I have never once received a voucher from Myer, and despite complaining at Myer counters over the years, nothing has been done about this even though I've been reassured that they'll resolve the issue. I have received no reply to any of the emails that I have sent the Myer One team to complain. I think that their customer service is disgusting and their so called "Myer One benefits" are worth absolutely nothing.

If you look at the back of the birthday voucher, it just about excludes everything that I normally buy at myer! It's trickery to lure u into the shop, fall in love with an item, and then find u can't use your bd gift voucher to pay for it!!! I would advise anyone contemplating to join Myer one to go to their opposition, David jones - at least their discounts are more genuine! I'm just about ready to cut up my Myer one card coz I'm so disgusted!

I just received an email someone else bought something on behalf of me. I live in Sydney and someone from Melbourne ordered something with my Myer one card. strange and scary that how weak their security can be.
they dont have 24x7 service and just found a feedback page to do the complaint.

Almost spent enough to finally get the crappy $20 rewards card, and the points reset. I didn't realise they reset every 3 months. Unless your the type to waste thousands of dollars in a few months in this overpriced store, this system is useless.

I have tried ringing MyerOne rewards department several times as so have store staff. Each time I have hung up and asked the staff not to bother as 20 minutes of waiting time is unacceptable, how long does one have to wait! As I live in Perth I even got up at 0630 and yes I'm still waiting. Aha! [name removed] just answered the phone and was extremely helpful, excellent service from him. Myer need to get more staff. Staff are very helpful I store but Myer need to get more staff or lose customers.

I feel so sorry for the skeleton staff in Myer, there is just no service any more, I found one young man trying his best to run the luggage department as well as the electrical all on his own, I had to walk away when I could not even ask a question, come on Myer give up or get your act together, I've moved on to David Jones.

Sad to find out my voucher had expired. Surley they could keep it active for three months, how stingy. After all it's ink ten dollars and I'm a frequent shopper at Myer.

Recently bought a replacement pair of work boots. The service was average as we had to approach the assistant even though it was Sunday morning and we were the only people in the shoe department, but the product is awesome. Usual high quality we expect from Myer. I used my birthday voucher as well as taking advantage of the 30% off sale so very happy.

I recently mislaid my myer one card, I tried more than 4 times to try to get a replacement, but you are put on hold for over 20 min at a time and still there is no one to help or replace the card, because the staff are always busy with other customers, the other always comes first.....the money for the telephone call and frustration is not worth the effort for 20 dollar reward

So far have spent 15 minutes on the phone waiting to speak to someone, listening to the same recorded message over and over. All I want to do is replace a lost card. About to give up for the second time. This is why I haven't had a card for over two years, because I can't get a replacement. It's easier to just give your details and get the person to look it up for you. I give up.
