Myer One website is not user friendly, FAQ does not provide relevant answers and phone help is alway
I attempted to navigate the Myer One member online site but could not find the relevant link to update missing points. The FAQ site explains that this feature is available but provides no information about how to navigate. Collectively, I have spent hours on hold trying to get phone help. When I purchased something in store, the assistant couldn't even find me on the system. I'm looking at the card in front of me now at home with my name on it. This is a very frustrating and poor level of service support.

Reality
I think everyone is missing the point, the rewards are free....you are getting something for shopping in Myers .
If you are not happy with the rewards ...cancel your card.
I am more than happy with mine, no one is forcing you. Don't be ungrateful.

Birthday Voucher a Waste of Paper and Time
Received my annual birthday voucher. The problem is, there are over 100 exclusions. I recently purchased 2 items, neither of which met the conditions. It's hardly worth the effort of opening the envelope. Disappointed and wonder the purpose of providing this sort of acknowledgement for ones birthday. I become less and less inclined to shop in the store.

Good customer service
I went to Myer Fountain Gate on Monday 7 March 2016 to the lingerie department and was served by a lady called Mareeta her service was outstanding she was very friendly courteous knew her products well, she was very patient and I was very impressed by her explaining about the garments that l wanted. The reason I am doing this review is because I received an SMS from Myer but found it hard to find the correct place to give my feedback, so I hope I have done it in the right place as the SMS said there was a $2500 Mywr gift card to win.

Myer one rewards
Every tried to add reward points when you forgot your card? The website says you can do this. The shop assistants say you can do it. But there is nowhere on your home page that allows you to do it.
One of the most frustrating websites I have ever seen. not happy with the Myer one Reward scheme

Annoying, Constantly Sending Me Emails For The Wrong Person
I've been receiving emails from Myer One for months now - only problem is they are for someone else. I've emailed multiple times and called but have not been able to get through to anyone. Have been a Myer One member myself for years and have never had any issues. It's unbelievable to me that they refuse to respond to customer service enquiries.

Birthday card gift
I have sent 2 emails to Myerone for my birthday gift card and am still waiting.
Funny, that it is in their terms and conditions that you receive a birthday gift card if you have a silver Myerone.
Myers know how to write their terms and conditions but they don't know how to carry them out.
Lost a lot of respect for them.
Will rethink my shopping, if David Jones has what I want, then I think I will shop there.

Don't waste your time it's more like one for Myer's & nothing for you :(
If you phone up with an enquiry you spend average of 20 minutes on hold waiting to talk to someone (on the mobile you have just wasted $20 waiting) and paying for the privilege of listening to their ad on how when you buy how wonderful things will be!!
This is an average I have phoned a couple of times and there is no getting away from being put on hold for 15-20 minutes of your time & money!
Then you're told you spend is worthless and they will send out vouchers. Since 2009 I have received none including so called birthday vouchers. The vou...Read more

Good but has its downsides
1 point for every $1, but it appears even if you've reached the maximum points for a voucher you cannot make access and use of voucher, until Myers does their next admin or postage round of qualifiers. Grossly unfair! I wanted to purchase items recently and knew I had already earned a voucher based on point and $$ spent. Couldn't do it because the voucher hadn't been issued. Had to then use my own money, eventho' a "discount" was there based on voucher amt. Sneeky marketing.

Free to join, easy to earn rewards but customer service is rubbish
I've been a Myer one member since it started and usually earn a $20 reward every quarter just on usual spending on clothes, gifts and sheets etc. Free Emporium mag is good, I've booked a cheap hire car through a partner and usually get invited to the 'Silver' Myer one designer shoe launches once a year in the city with free champers and snacks which is a fun bonus. My son also uses a card linked to mine so we earn points towards the same vouchers and you can give them to anyone to spend.
Downfall is the service and communication...they send ...Read more
the email up to 3 months before saying "your new $20 gift card's on the way" but it's really way off & they recently didn't send $40 card I'd earned as they mucked up my address and didn't even bother to call or email and I won't get my cards til Feb now (have been waiting since August). These things put me off and any bank or other rewards system would sort it straight away but Myer one doesn't seem to care. Using the app now on my iPad mini and smartphone so this will solve some of the issues. Free, you actually get a reward quickly, invites to free events & Emporium mag Customer serviceSimilar opinion? If you are a Myer shopper it is a really good card to have in your wallet
I have been a Myer One for some years, I received my usual $40.00 card plus my $10.00 birthday card, and also this year made some big purchases and received $180.00 card which is yet to be spent. I would definately reccomend this card to anyone. This card is better than Flybuys.
Lots!!! I do alot of regular shopping at Myer and always seem to have a card to spend. Love the sales.

60$ in two months thanks!
Great product. Booked flights on AirNZ and gave my myerone number and got $40 worth of vouchers. Great! And did a bit of shopping and got another $20 gift card. Easy to use interface. Quick sending out card. Lots of partners to book with. My only gripe is that when you stay in a hotel to redeem points the name on the booking has to be exactly the same as the name on the myerone accout which makes it difficult when my partner books hotels.

A fair go
Myer one really rewards you with what you spent on their shops and affiliate partners as well. I really like the idea that you can really check the statement online and their customer service is very good and patient. Even though some of their things are expensive than certain retailer, but I believe they really sell genuine products.

It's Worth Spending At Myer
I love shopping at Myer not only because the store is spacious, neat, clean, well arranged, great quality products and their staffs are friendly, BUT mainly because I enjoy being a member of Myer One.
I accumulate 2 credit points per dollar I spend with them. I get special discounted prices for being a member. I shopped several times when I spent too little because I bought items on sale and I get Myer One member discount as well on the same item.
Their free Magazine for members is a great bonus as well.
Reasonable price, quality products, easy to accumulate points

Good
I have had a positive experience with myerone. It is free to join, and it is quite easy to accumulate enough points for several $20 myer giftcards with your regular myer purchases.

It can take a while to earn enough points to actually get a $20 Myer one gift card. I don't go out of my way to build up my points but rather let them build slowly.
The Myer one card is a good idea. Everytime you shop, you earn points and if you shop at Myer a lot than the points will add up. The store often has bonus points available and staff always remind you to pull out your card.
This loyalty card is only really good if you do a lot of shopping at Myer. These cards can prompt people to spend more but in theory they are only good if you are actually shopping alot.

To be honest my Myer one card hasnt too benifical to me as i dont spend much money there. But if you are a regular Myer customer this card would be great for you. If you pair it with a Myer credit card you get points when you shop anywhere and points are tripled when you shop at Myer. Its free to use so if you are going to shop there why not benefit.
free to use, gain points for things you are going to buy anyway, great if you spend lots of money at Myer. Great if you pair with myer credit card
Have to spent over $1000 to get a $20 gift card.

Just another ploy to get people to shop at certain place over and over. Been using it every time I buy something since membership around 2 years ago but apart from a silver status sticker that was mailed, can't remember much else benefit that has fallen my way. Perhaps I don't spend that much money.
Simple to join. Just flash whenever you shop at Myer and points are added on without much fuss. Was awarded Silver status. Offered share offers before public release of IPO etc.

Birthday gift certificate, well guess what, yes I received it in the mail, but there is a catch, I have to go to the Pre Christmas .shopping and spend it off something that I buy at that shopping day.... Read more
Some birthday gift. There we go the shop makes the rules, where does it say in the terms and conditions that I have to spend it when Myers want me to. You can keep your $10 Myers, I will shop somewhere else, what a nerve especially that I am a silver member. Wake Myers you are losing customers like Woolworths.
