Very poor website
Tried to order kids gear. After finally finding and putting 2 items in basket next click it was unable to find the boys section and complete order was lost. Time consuming and frustrating.

Terrible service.... Took the money. Delivers nothing.
Ordered a product that was advertised as I stock. Paid for same day deliver. The. At the end of the day they cancelled the order and said it wasn’t in stock.
And now I won’t get my refund for a week and it is too late to try elsewhere.
Never again will I use this awful service.

Unintuitive website with extremely low integration
Very confused by the referral programme and etc. They seem so unintuitive and isolated. I ordered products and took ages to ship! So saddening when it's just nearby my house and I've to wait for so long

Slow and no consideration of current events
Please avoid buying from Myer the postal service is very slow. Also in the cure t times of the virus they have closed the stores but are expected of you to pay your own postal charges to return stock for a refund. No consideration of the world events. Instead of Encouraging people to buy they are encouraging me to stop shopping for good.

Came well packages in good time
i enjoy shopping at Myer in store, but there isn't a store close to me so I thought I'd give online stopping a go. i purchased a kids hat, a air fryer attachement and two artificial plants. I was very curious to see how the artificial plants would be packaged, and I was very happy to see how well packed they were, absolutely no damage at all.
Positives overall was items received in good time, sale items at a great price, and items were all as described.
I would shop online wit Myer again

Worst customer service ever received
Ordered a click and collect order and when i went to pick it up they said the order had not come through yet (why cant you process it then).
The next advice was if i pay for it in store i can cancel my online order and get a refund.
When i rang to cancel it they said it wasn't processed yet i will need to call back. (yet again surely you can just cancel it)
So then i called back the next day and they said it would be cancelled and refunded within 5 days.
I have since called 5 times (each time at least 10 minutes on hold) and emailed multiple times - it has been 14 days and i still have no refund.
Each time the only thing they can say is that the last person didn't process it correctly.

Unreliable and uncommunicative
I ordered an office chair online on 23 March and was only told by email on the 26th that my order had been cancelled, with no explanation at all. To add insult to injury, the money had come out of my account just before I received the email, which stated that I would receive my money back in 3-5 working days. Awesome service....

Used product, wrong size, opened the package
Myer online, how could you do this to your loyal customers. We have supported your business for many years BUT look at what you did to your customer. Sold to me a used/opened product. Worst than that, it was the wrong size. It was put back into an opened package and seal by secondary sticky tape (not original). I trusted the Myer reputation when I came to collect the order, I did not open until today (I bought it for cold weather days). Took money from my account but didn't process my order
I ordered two items, it came up that there was an error and the order didn't go through, so I went to do it again but realised money was taken out of my account and my gift card I had used. I have no order number as the order supposedly didn't go through, Myer needs to fix this problem or return my money and gift card, this is very poor service.

Easy communication and delivery
After experiencing a company that gave me nightmares with communication, attitude and delivery I appreciate Myer’s online service for their prompt delivery and easy communication when I had questions. Two wall decors came broken during delivery in one of my orders and they have rectified the issue without hassles.

Terrible Customer Service.
I ordered a pair of pillowcases on sale and to my surprise one pillow case arrived. I rechecked my order and shipping confirmation and it stated ‘pillowcase pair.’ Which to me means two pillowcases. Anyhow I contacted their customer service by phone and the girl I spoke with was lovely however after explaining the situation and offering to forward my order confirmation I was advised that it was an error description and that they could send me another pillowcase but I would still have to pay for it (though they would ‘honour the sale price’.) yhow, I ended up initiating a return, but my issue is that even if it was a description error I still purchased this item under the premise that the pillowcases were sold in a pair. Also dealing with other online companies they usually happily have me forward my order confirmation so they could further investigate and usually honour the purchase. There was no acceptance that I had evidence of my order just a feeling that because it was a small order then no further investigation was required. Disappointing to say the least. I ordered a shirt online during a sale. The shirt became out of stock which was fine, I was happy to wait. The order apparently froze and they had to cancel the order. As the sale had ended they wouldnt honour the sale price!! What a load of crap! Further more, I could see that there was stock if I ordered it today! Pathetic!

4 Year Old Cologne = 2 years out of date
I ordered a 125ml bottle of Acqua di gio profumo online on 29/02/2020 and received it on 04/03/2020. Great delivery time however when I received it I opened the package and checked the batch code and to my surprise the date of manufacture was 01/2016... It says on the package that it has a shelf life of 2 years.. The bottle I received was 4 years and 2 months old.. n't be out of date.. I then spoke to the manager who couldn't care less and reiterated the same info.. I have always bought colognes from Myer but I will never purchase a product from there again.. The product itself is great, when it's in date! Don’t spend your money here.
I’ve shopped online here many times, but this time I ordered an Estee Lauder mascara and when it arrived it was just an empty mascara box. I phoned Myer immediately and was told that someone would be in touch with me. I never received a phonecall or email and didn’t receive a refund either. A $52 mascara with $10 shipping was an expensive venture. I kept the postal packaging for proof because the weight was clearly marked on the label.
Myer wasn’t bothered with me so i no longer bother with them.

Terrible customer service
Rang online customer service and the Parramatta’ branch after no response online recorded msge, waiting for so long but no one responded.
So disappointed as even the branch wouldn’t answer the phone, number of attempts made.
Previously I had visited parramatta branch, Home Department there was no one to assist even at the pay area, a security guard went to look for staff and I was asked to pay at different location
It’s gone from bad to worse.
I thought online would be better but if any complaints unable to speak to a person.
I honestly am so disappointed Myers

Item purchased was used, dirty and doesnt work & poor customer service to boot
3hr Click & Collect didnt happen turned out to be 8hrs. Purchased Fitbit and despite paying full price it clearly was a display/returned item. Firstly it didn't work, scratches clearly visible, watch strap dirty, back of watch where battery is was grimy, charger not in any or original packaging or in charger section of box, spare strap wasn't in strap section of box either. Warranty/paperwork wasn't in the envelope its meant to come in. Clearly it had been open and used. Shoody service from Myer and they charge you $400 for it. So much for high end store. No wonder Myer is going broke.

Most disgusting service and experience
Recent experience with Myer Marketplace- last week I ordered drone DJI Mavic mini from Myer Marketplace online through Myer’s website for my holiday booked next week.
I received the product on Monday 17 Feb 2020 which I opened on 18th Feb and I noticed scratches on the unit and after setting up the device it showed an error as well.
I took pictures and send the pics straight away to the supplier via email and the response I received was that - ‘ it’s not possible and we take fraud attempts very seriously ‘

e is this where a customer received the faulty product and upon reporting an issue with the product the customer humiliation instead of resolution. Next email I received from supplier was that he can’t do anything as I bought the product through Myers. I went to Myers Castle Hill and they have advised that Myer Marketplace is just like Aust post or chemist where you drop off and pick your stuff you have ordered and Myer has nothing to do with Myer Market.Similar opinion? Worst online delivery service ever
Ordered 300 dollars worth of products. Delivered in three different packages and only one package delivered within the 5-7 working days. I called myer and requested to go in store and collect the items myself as I was leaving the country and wouldn't be able to collect at the post office. Not an option. Requested to receive a refund once packages returned to Myer, was told this was no problem. at the post office for ages and as of today have been in the Myers store for nearly two weeks unprocessed (despite being told it would take 1-2 days to issue a refund once the parcel was in store, and 2 notes highlighting that these parcels are for refund).
