Burnt scalp and hair falling out
Napro Palette Blue Black 1-1A disastrous experience. Used as per instruction leaflet and it burnt my scalp so badly. 3 weeks on and it's still painful. Plus my hair is falling out in clamps. Will have to see a doctor to try reverse the damage. I had long thick hair and with the rate it's falling out I'm gonna end up with bald spots. The product was on special when i bought it.

I wanted to use two colours I want to use napro palette intensive cream colour with micro foils permanent 5-99 Rosewood Violet I want to put that in sections and wrap that in foils in sections and then use napro palette 1-1 blue black with the rest of my hair is that ok?
