It works in regards to helping stay asleep and fall back asleep easier but after a while I noticed the headaches I was waking up with was because of sleep ezy. Rarely get headaches so in my case I've decided to stop using it .

It has been years since I have had a good nights sleep, sleeping a couple of hours at most. Finally a friend suggested Nature's Own Sleep Ezy and I have to say, for me, they are perfect. I take 2 at least an hour before bed and I settle down and drift off to sleep quite easily. I still need to get up around 2am for a little bathroom break but I go straight back to sleep. Yes, they do smell a little, but hey, they work! Now I don't worry about not getting enough sleep.

i’m taking this because i’ve been having trouble sleeping lately thought it would help after reading the reviews, finding it harder to get into the next level of sleep. the smell is terrible and when you put the tablet in your mouth you can instantly taste that smell it’s horrible

being on medication for my epilepsy I find it hard to relax, but this does the job!

I am on blood pressure tablets and was not getting a good nights sleep so started taking 2 or 3 sleep-ezy tablets a night. After a couple of nights I noticed I was getting a better nights sleep and blood pressure was under control. I now don't take sleep-ezy every night but if required surely will take sleep-ezy. There is a bit of a smell about sleep-ezy tablets but the help from the tablets more than make up for the smell.

It keeps my mind alert and scattered all night but body is relaxed

I've been having the odd night of late where I wake up to go to the toot or that, say 2am or 3am and then I can't seem to go back to sleep. It can be rather annoying especially when you have to get up again to go to work in a few hours later. This happened to me again early this morning, so I took a Sleep Ezy tablet (for the first time) which does appear to have worked. Although I feel sluggish at work today, at least I was able to get a few hours in before the 6am alarm went off.

Having been stressed for some time, I was having trouble sleeping which has never happened to me. Doc prescribed Temazepam, didn't work. A colleague suggested Sleep-Ezy - I took one the first night, 2 the second night and 3 the third night and have never been so tired from lack of sleep - it's like upside-down day! Total reverse effect on me, I would definitely NOT recommend.

tried it for two nights and I was awake more than when I didn't take them. I'm not a sleep tablet taker but I have not been sleeping well for a few weeks so I thought I'd give it a try. I wasted my money I felt wired all night like I had taken something to make me stay awake. Won't be doing it again

I do not normally take sleeping medication. My sleep is normally very light and I wake up to every noise. With Sleep Ezy I go to sleep quick and sleep really deep, wake up rested. Recommend to anyone, who cannot have good quality sleep.

I was amazed how well these herbal capsules worked, i dont take sleeping aids of any kind, and was wary of taking anything, but the first night i took these, I drifted off into a dream within minutes. i noticed some other reviews were quite negative, perhaps they dont work well for people who are 'used' to taking sleep medication, which i had never done. have had them a few times now and would reccommended to all. i see one person said they take twice the reccommened dose ?...perhaps that is the way to go ?,if they arent having an affect?

I wouldn't have this if I hadn't slept in 4 days! Did absolutely nothing! I would have 3 of a night-time and I may has well have not bothered. Way too much money for a product that is like no-effect tablets. I recommend staying away!

This product doesn't really work for me. There are some night where I just can't sleep due to overthinking when I get to bed. I've tried this product for about a month & I would say my sleep has improved. But only so slightly. It still take me awhile to fall asleep and there are some night where my sleeps aren't interrupted. The are some night I feel I could sleep more but that's usually due to what I was doing the previous day.

This sleeping supplement really helps me get to sleep and sleep all night, I do take double the recommended dose and sometimes I will slwep a bit late all in all I think it dose work and its natural so you know its healthy.

I've tried many sleeping aids and Sleep-Ezy is by far the best. I take it every night without any drowsy side effects. The ingredients have a soothing effect. Much better than prescribed medication

Have not been taking them for insomnia, but in the hopes that, when i sleep, i won't wake early feeling that i could have slept more - so that I'll hit a minimum 7 uninterrupted hours at least. Have been using them for about a week and am, so far, undecided as to the efficacy of the pills.

Note: The pills smell pretty bad, sorta like someone vomited a whole lot of Oregano and then urinated on it after having eaten asparagus.

This product did not work for me but everyone has a different response so I do recommend trying it to see if it works for you. I gave 3 stars as package is nice, tablets are easy to take and it's not too expensive. The tablets do have a very funky smell though. :P If these tablets do not work for you, I recommend Brauer Sleep Insomnia Relief Dissolvable tablets, you put the little tablets under your tongue til they dissolve. :) They helped me get to sleep and wake up feeling refreshed. Pleasant taste too.

Brilliant aid for travel, and for those nights where I'm not dropping off to sleep easily - Very gentle, no side effects, not drowsy in the morning - great for settling the nerves when too much on my mind - Have recommended these to friends who never sleep on plane trips and they have been amazed - my friend said "First time I have ever slept on a plane" - I dont leave home without these tablets - Thanks natures Own for an excellent product !!

These work really well for me which is good as I don't want to rely on prescription medication. I take 2 or 3 capsules, pop on a meditation track and drift off to sleep. It seems to have a calmative affect which assists in sleeping, as night time anxiety is the major cause of insomnia for me.

I was waking every morning at 4am & wasn't able to get back to sleep. I tried staying up later, but it made no difference-I'd still wake up early. I was just so tired all of the time. I have been taking Nature's Own Sleep Ezy for 4 nights now & have slept all the way through till my alarm goes off. I feel like a new person & I really do feel so much better.
