It does work
Overall: I'm averaging 1kg loss per week which is a good steady rate to lose weight and keep it off. Because of the extra energy I have I'm able to exercise more and I'm even planning on taking Fat Blaster on holiday with me so that I won't be tempted to overeat on the cruise we're going on. Years ago I attended Obesity clinic where I was put on Optifast and was going to buy that again but glad I chose Fat Blaster now. I'm having much better results without the famished feeling I had on the very expensive Optifast.

I started replacing 2 meals a day and eating a light meal at dinner whilst walking atleast 30mins per day. so far I am losing 1 kilo per week. I have suffered no side effects or bloating as I don't have any dietry issues. Overall my experience so far has been positive with this product. I will continue with recommended program and hope to continue with achieving my weightloss goal of 15 - 20 kilos.
Tastes better than most of the meal replacements on the market. Easy to use.
None so far only that if they are on special at Priceline they sellout fast so stock up.

So far so good
I have tried many plans to lose weight no success, been on fatblaster shakes 2 days now and enjoying, taste great no powdery taste like some not to sweet but sweet enought to satisfy my crazy sweet tooth.. and I am not hungry which has been my problem. previously never feeling satisfied after eating. I have a long way to go 30kg but feeling confident.

best i have found
i have tried most of the meal replacements on the market and this one is by far the best. firstly it is not over sweet like optislim, secondly it goes nice and thick so it feels like a real thick shake and is great with lots of ice. it works and is a good price if you get it from epharmacy online. i highly reccomend this

Weight loss then weight gain!
I tried it a month or two before I got engaged to prepare for my wedding. I lost a lot of weight and I was so happy. But after a month I started to feel sick! It literally felt like my body was not getting the nutrients it needed.

Overall the flavour is great and I was looking forward to drinking it each time. It filled me up and I didn't feel that hungry after I had the shake. I was happy to have a salad if I was still hungry and that seemed to satisfy my hunger pains or I just kept drinking more water.

ach back under control. I then substituted mixing the powder with water to see if there was a difference and there wasn't in both taste and it still bloated me up. Even though I was exercising daily and followed the plan exactly as per the instructions I immediately felt bloated and put on 2 kilos which I was not happy about. I am not heavily overweight but my aim was to lose about 10 kilos. I feel much better now that I have stopped using the shakes, I had no choice. I will probably investigate some other option however I am still keeping up with my regular diet and exercise and my weight is now under control. I bought the chocolate flavour and loved it, it tasted just like a thick shake and not not like a protein drink. Even with water it didn't taste any different. I also like the thick consistency. You consume too much milk in one day depending on how much you are planning to drink. I was aiming for 3 per day and it was too much I felt so bloated and uncomfortable. I am probably lactose intolerant so this was like a quadruple dose of milk, the powder is also mixed with milk powder so this was an overdose for my body.2 comments
I am lactose intolerent. so i drink zymil skim milk. never been bloated again!
I make mine on water and have no problems with bloating at all.
