Hi Sowmya, As toddler milks are a nutritional supplement which are milk based, they are designed to be made up with water as stated in the preparation instructions on pack. While it is perfectly safe to mix with milk, doing so will increase the nutritional intake of vitamins and minerals, and more importantly energy (kJ) which isn’t usually necessary for that age group. If you are concerned that your toddler may not be getting adequate nutrition, we suggest you may want to discuss with your health care professional.
