Was great
The Sensitive skin moisturiser used to be great when it first arrived. I have used it for a couple of years religiously. On my previous bottle, I dont know if it is just me but it started to burn my eyes. I tried not putting it around anywhere near my eyes but end up burning anyways.
For a change I used Clear skin moisturiser but it was the same. I thought it was my eyes that was doing it but I have been to the doctors, got my eyes tests and what not. And I went back to Neutrogena. I bought a new bottle of neutrogena AGAIN and have the same pr...Read more

Used to be great, something has changed.
Have used this successfully for many years. And has been great for my skin being light but getting the job done.
But now it seems I need to put more on to get anywhere. it doesn't sink in the same and my skin developed a red bumpy sunburn rash appearance.
Of course this happens after stocking up and I now have product that is useless to me. Very disappointed in a once Great product.

This is the best moisturiser I’ve ever used! EVER!
I’ve always used other products. Then a month ago I started using Neutrogena Oil Free moisturiser due to it being massively affordable and right there in she shop. It’s so easy to open and the bottle is kind of cute.
I haven’t had many break outs since using it, my skin is so soft and looks younger than usual since I started also. It’s so soft, smells good and is lovely (being not oily is also great because no one wants to be able to oil a pan with their face).
With this product I use it twice or more a day. I put some on after my shower in t...Read more

Easy to use
I couldn’t find a moisturiser, and tried this brand. I have found it is light and quick to use with the pump bottle. It is non greasy and excellent if you have to use it on the go as 1 pump covers entire face.

Not the same product.
I use to love this product. But I purchased it recently and noticed I cannot mix it with any other beauty products. EX: makeup, and especially anything with retinol, or benzoyl peroxide (obviously). Using it by itself on a clean face I experienced redness, some stinging, and swollen eye lids. It can sometimes mimic a sunburn slightly. But if I use a sunscreen with it reactions occur. Also, after a while I noticed it started having a weird scent. Almost like a spoiled stench. Disappointing because this was a great product! This was the worst rea...Read more
ction. I put on a retinol serum hours prior to applying this product and this was the very fact and painful reaction. I had to put oatmeal, yogurt, and honey mixture on it to receive any relief of pain. It was a bad burn that stayed noticable for a few days. It ruined my natural skin barrier. So now my skin is extra sensitive with scarred red blotches. Lesson learned from my end, but I have used this product for a couple years and never had any complaints. Infact it was my favorite. Something in the product must be different.Purchased in January 2021 at Target .

AMAZING
I love this product! I have been using it for years! It has been perfect for all stages of my life and all seasons of the year. I love that it is lightweight and has a non-oily finish. I have recommended to friends and family and they also all love this product. I highly recommend for all skin types.

What has happened to this formula for the Neutrogena Sensitive skin moisturiser.
I have very sensitive skin - I have used this moisturiser in past years - from time to time - with no problems.
I have recently purchased a bottle to try it again - but now this moisturiser stings my face - and stings the skin
around my eyes. This moisturiser will also not 'sink in' - but just sits on the top. Has Neutrogena changed the
formula - because it does not seem to be as gentle as the formula that I have used in the past. It seems to
excessively irritate my eyes. I am not sure what has changed - but this moisturiser no longer...Read more

Perfect for my needs
I'm on oxygen 16 hours per day and there are so many oils that you cannot use when using oxygen so I just thought I would cancel out all oil based moisturisers just to be safe. I started using Neutrogena Oil-free Moisturiser 3 weeks ago and it does the job beautifully as good as my expensive old moisturiser, which I swore by. Purchased this from Woolies online at a very reasonable price.Very happy with results.

Lives up to its Labeling
I have oily/combination skin and the moisturizers I've used were either too thick or too thin. I've tried oil-free moisturizers before and some still make me break out. This is the only product that has worked for my acne-prone, oily, complicated skin. Nice job Neutrogena =)

The best moisturiser available
Effective, inexpensive, easy pump pack, includes sun protection, works under foundation, doesn't cause acne. What more could one ask for?

It's not your thing if you're looking for a smooth and hydrated skin!
Teribble formulation. It's not getting absorbed into the skin and just stays there with no effect on the dryness. You don't feel having a smoother skin but some oily stuff sticks there!

Love it
I noticed that there were some negative reviews of this product, so I'd like to highlight that those reviews are not accurate regarding the above product. This particular moisturiser DOES NOT have any SPF 15 qualities to it so whatever version they've used, it's not this one. I'm not sure why the product range says SPF 15 in the details because nowhere on the bottle or box does it say it contains this, and on the main website it IS NOT listed as an SPF 15 moisturiser.
In saying this, I absolutely love this moisturiser. I have combination sk...Read more
in (I don't know why it took me years to understand this, I think my mother told me I had oily and I just believed her) and this works a charm. It is lightweight so doesn't feel oily, thick or sticky and does a great job in moisturising the dry patches of my skin. It doesn't work as well to contain the oily but let's be honest, we humans secrete oil, it's as diffident to prevent that as it is to prevent sweating. This moisturiser sits well under layers of makeup, and I wear a few layers of primer, colour corrector, foundation and concealer. I haven't had any issues with breakouts and I use this as both a day and a night moisturiser. It is reasonably priced in comparison to expensive counterparts and goes on well. Inexpensive, lightweight, sits well under makeup, combats dry skin noneSimilar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

SPF 15 New Formulation is Terrible!
I have used this product for years and loved it. Now, instead of the one made in Korea, they are importing an American version. It is a completely different product. It has a very strong sunscreen smell and burns my eyes, and is thicker and greasier. I hate it.
Please note-the outside packet is the same but check the bottle - the Korean (superior product) has a blue logo and the new one is black. I am going to try to find the old product online. Hopefully enough people will complain and we can get the old formulation back. This is false adver...Read more

Disappointing
Been used the lotion for three years. Tried to find a product that suit with my sensitive skin. It used to be really good on my skin but not anymore. I bought the new one that made in US last weekend and after 2 days of using it, got a bad allergic reaction. My skin start to swell, red and very itchy. Just find out that the one I've been using was made in Korea. That means I won't be able to used it cos the formula has changed.
It used to be really good
The formula changed

so that we can get the old formulations back. Incidentally, I did buy it in the USA. A few years ago and it was terrible too so they do have different formulations.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Excellent
I have been using this product for approximately 7 years after trying many different moisturisers. I have not been able to finds anything as good, cheap, non-greasy and gentle on sensitive skin as Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisturiser. I have always been prone to breakouts but I don't feel that it clogs my skin at all. I would highly reccommend it to people who don't want to spend a fortune on products but still want quality.
The pump action bottle is easy to use - no mess. It's a good price and easy to find. Absorbs easily into the skin. Great for sensitive skin.

Excellent
I really liked this. I'm prone to oily skin around my T-zone and dry skin around the edges of my face so anything too heavy tends to just leave me greasy. This was absorbed in almost immediately and I liked the fact that I was protected out in the sun too. My skin felt beautifully soft, silky and moisturised without feeling greasy at all and it didn't break me out like some of the heavier face creams do.
I also liked the fact that it was available in supermarkets as well as chemists and is a good price.
SPF 15.
Wasn't greasy at all.
Good price.
Felt nice going on.
Absorbed well.

OK
I used to use this more as a teenager but my skin is dryer these days (although still prone to occasional breakouts). This product works well if I'm in tropical areas or able to reapply during the day but for long-lasting moisture without extra oil look elsewhere.
It's cheap and easy to find in supermarkets and pharmacies. Plastic bottle doesn't get greasy. Pump design distributes a good amount of product. Absorbs quickly.
Difficult to get the last amount out of the bottle due to the pump design. Moisture isn't long lasting. Stings skin if you have any breaks (or get it in your eyes). Not good as a make up base (on my skin, anyway).

OK
I concluded this moisturiser not suitable for me, but I would not draw the line at recommending it to someone else! It is a good moisturiser after all, and with no alcohol substance in it means that it would not irritate or burn sensitive skin.
Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisture SPF 15: I love that this moisturiser is scent free. It goes on smooth after toner application and is well absorbed.
More than often, I do use a lot of makeup and the setback of this moisturiser is my face, especially my T-Zone gets oilier than normal during the day and that's the end of my makeup!

Excellent
I have used this moisturiser as a day cream for years. It is so cheap and works well offering a sun protection factor combined with an oil free moisturiser. This is the best moisturiser for oily and combination skin. It is good on my sensitive skin and does not cause any reactions or breakouts, it just leaves it soft and shine free. I can use it during the day as a base underneath my makeup without feeling greasy.
Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisture SPF 15: This is a great day moisturiser with a suncream combined. It is oil free and is really good for my combination skin. It is also a very reasonable price.

ARLY in the photos that there are three different varieties. So the person (Andrea from Melbourne) saying that there is no SPF in any of these products and the reviews are inaccurate is wrong.
