Hybrid Pathfinder - sting in the tail

    published

Recently bought a new Pathfinder ST-L Hybrid. Runs like a dream and pretty good fuel consumption for a vehicle of its class. When we initially bought it, we were told servicing every 10,000 km. However Nissan have recently changed this to 7,000km for no apparent reason. Call me sceptical but it would just appear to be another way of fleecing the consumer, by making pay more for servicing.

    2014 nissan pathfinder hybrid 4WD ST+L

Ive had the car for a month purchased it brand new. fully aware that there could be possible transmission problems but so far it is fantastic. I'm in my early 20s no kids. But there is plenty of room to give drunken friends ride home every one seems to fit in! Sound system is amazing love it! Fuel performance im getting 700km! and that's all sorts of driving eg. city and freeway. The towing side of things is amazing!! The vehicle still has soo much power! and the brakes are fantastic just what you want for towing! Honestly couldn't feel I was towing!!
I definitely believe this car is the best in its class! for big suv its soo easy to park! no regrets on getting the hybrid!
