OK
i started lipo 6 a month a go and then stop coz i was travelling overseas for 5 days and now that its getting hotter i started again, i feel this product will work in conjuction with a good healthy eating plan and exercise, dont take this after 3 pm as you wont sleep as well and may find yourself on the treadmill or running around the house cleaning. as i previously said it makes you very speedy.

Bad product
Ensured I dropped weight from 90kg to 83kg. Is helpfull will ensure you loose the weight you want. However the products biggest downfall is the that it makes you feel like terrible after taking it. If you want sleeples nights and dizzy flushes keep on this and it will get you there, if not stay off it and just drinks tonnes of water if weight loss is what you are after
Aggresive ingredients. Gives you bolts of energy. Sometimes surpresses your hunger. Ensures you are thirsty all the time.
Can keep you awake till 4am. Is really weird as if you are under 90Kg it makes you dizzy when consumed, continous intake for 4 weeks makes you sick at the end.

Hi there I'm trying the nutrex lipo 6 hers and have found to be urinating a lot! Is it possible it is just a duiretic and just dehydrating me?
1 answer
That's what caffeine does, it is a diuretic so it will make you urinate all your water in your body that's the same affect as alcohol. You can counter balance it by eat ginger which is an anti diuretic. And drink lots of water to avoid headaches and dehydration
