Horrible product AND customer service! Do not buy.

published

We currently own the Nutri Ninja Auto-iQ blender, but strangely after each use some discolored water comes out of it! Shocking. We called the customer service to ask if we could replace one of the parts, and they said to just buy a new one. I was flabbergasted with this! Plus the blender makes a HUGE TON of noise, and leaves bits of clumps after the blend. This is why we advise you not to buy this product. Just buy the ones from your appliance store!

It’s very nice blender.

published

For my health diet, I usually eat smoothie in the morning.
It’s very powerful so I can make my drink very easily.
Normally other brand has a very weak motor so I couldn’t blend frozen berries or frozen mangos with other brand blander.
However, Ninja has a very powerful motor and this is very important to buy a blender.
Plastic bottle become not grossy anymore after 2months but it’s still quite nice.

It is very loud so if you have a baby or sensitive child, it’s not proper.
However, I am very satisfied with this product.

Blends up with amazing ease

published

The amount of power this Nutri Ninja has is very good value for money. Everything I have used it for so far it has blended extremely easily and the food turned out beautiful. I would recommend anyone thinking of buying this to give it a go because for the price you will be very happy.

Very handy

published

This blender does a very good job of blending most items, sometimes bigger frozen bits of fruit take a little longer but it gets there. It's very loud and scares the kids, however it's extremely easy to use and clean which is a bonus. Reliable machine, I've had no issues.

Its a great blender, it will take anything you put in there. Only downside is that it is VERY loud, yea you almost have to cover your ears up when using it.

Smoothies, protein shakes, everything!

published

I actually love my ninja so so much. Im someone who prefers to drink things over eating them so waking up and chucking fruit in the ninja for a smoothie is way better than a regular breakfast. My partner loves it when I use it to make him thickshakes, too. The only fruit I've really ever had a problem with is unpeeled apples. It seems to struggle breaking down the apple skin. At least it's easy to clean!

Does its job well

published

After purchasing this product it dint take long for me to realize i made the right decision. The iQ feature is really handy. Im able to put what im blending in the cup, press a button and walk away briefly before coming back to my blended goodness. Dont have to stand there near the loud noise the whole time. Build quality is good and easy to wash parts.

Perfect for smoothies

published

I mainly only use my blender for smoothies. It is so powerful that it only takes under 10 seconds to blend and rarely leaves any clumps. It also came with different sized cups which is very handy. I've had 3 blenders in the past, and this is by far my favourite.

The nutri ninja boasts an incredibly strong blendability, perfect for my morning smoothies however it does make alot of noise hehe. Its very well built as ive had mine for 3 years that my mother purchased and it still goes strong along with its easy setting buttons fit for any blend use highly recommended.

Blade component cracked after 6 months use

published

I was really happy with my Nutri ninja the first few months. The settings on the Nutri ninja are really helpful and they are the reason I preferred it to the bullet. I like that I can set it to blend and do other things in the kitchen while the blender does the work.

Awesome blender with great technology!

published

I had a $30 good guys blender previously but that couldn't even blend ice and stuff wouldn't get blended at the bottom. With the nutri ninja nothing is a challenge with the super powerful motor it can cut through ice, don't waste your money on buying expensive boost juices and do yourself a favour and buy one of these, great value for money and I've had mine for 2 years now with no issues, would highly recommend!

does a ripper job of ripping fruit into juice

published

this blender seriously is awesome, making light work of breaky smoothies super fast. Blends ice like it is soft jelly.
far less noisy than my previous Sunbeam.
just a precaution... dont use carbonated mixers (i.e. lemonaide) as when it blends it expands and blows the top off, causing a mess that is kinda hard to clean out of the machine (and yes, i learned that the hard way)

Amazing Blender!

published

I got it as a present from a friend. This blender works great. 900W with Auto IQ work perfectly blending anything edible. We crush ginger, garlic or other spices in the smaller container. Other two containers are perfect for making juice and use it as a takeaway mug.

Does the job but...

published

This product does blend very well as indicated in their advertising, however I mainly use it to blend protein shakes and smoothies.
It is incredibly noisy, not a good item to have if you blend first thing in the morning when others are still sleeping!
The cups are dishwasher safe which is really good, however they do break easily. I dropped one and it cracked straight away, the base of it is quite hard to clean also.

Blends well. Excited to use for baby food.

published

Bought it thinking I'd use it. Haha I did for 2 weeks then I stopped.
It blends well & fast, it is super loud though. Do not blend if you have a sleeping child haha.
I think once bubs starts solids I will use it a bit more

Overall good product.

Very quick motor

Wow this blender works as as treat. It pretty much blends everything in seconds. It's a bit fiddly to clean but that's not a big deal. It's also a bit expensive though.

Great product

Excellent blending, fast and efficient, though very very noisy and not good for any form of chopping but is the real deal when it comes to blending and juicing. Highly recommend.

I have a Nutri Ninja Pro BL480D. It is plugged in but does not come on. Several times I could plug it in to the outlet and then plug it in again and it would work. Now, it does come on at all. What can I do to get it to work?

Hi David,

Have you pushed down and turned? When the base is securely plugged in then the LED screen will illuminate with 00

I have tried this and it still doesn't work. I wonder if there is a short in the motor. Thank You for getting back to me. David

ninja auto IQ 1000W - nutri ninja - pro BL482 70. The motor is fine but the blade assembly leaks into the motor base. I have bought new blades twice on Amazon and they also leaked. What can be done?
NOTE: I replaced the original blade assembly, which worked fine until it was not rotating freely any longer.

My Ninja Auto-iQ is showing 2 dashes on the LED display instead of a zero and the blades do not turn. Any advice would be much appreciated

The dashes seem to remain as part of a safety feature if the pressure mechanism isn't properly engaged. With the first model I had, the pressure sensors became increasingly faulty over time to the point that if it showed dashes, I had to apply pressure to and hold down the cup at just the right angle for it to blend. If that didn't work I would take the cup & blade assembly out of the base, rotate the plastic teeth and insert them into the next groove & try again. In the end it became too difficult to use so I returned and replaced it under warranty. Good thing I paid for the extended warranty because the replacement unit is beginning to act up in the same way.. Return the unit if you can
