We had a great experience, smooth and successful, advertising with 3D imagery was above standard.

Poor communication and service, untrustworthy, manipulated the situation leading to worst outcome for us as customer. Loss of money was very stressful. I highly recommend to stay away at all costs.

What I would like to say, when the girl is 20 mins late. The realestate doesn’t check all the house like. She was asked did she smell cannabis in the house the realestate girl said no. She did not check or look at the 3 bedrooms or the bathroom or go down the hallway. Now that is where the smell of the cannabis was. The house check wasn’t a house check. OBrien Real Estate Mornington Manage the rental property next door to us and have been less than helpful with dealing with the tenants intimidatory and illegal behaviour - including breaking into the property prior to having keys, installing an illegal spa and intimidating me. This agency clearly condones violence against women after making several report --nothing has been done and even worse they let this man stay beyond the expiration of his lease.

Very pushy agent who would not leave my house until I signed … I signed to get him out the house … arrived an hour early before the first two inspections.. very alarming behaviour to myself and my family … very rude on the phone and had to write an apology email …. Two weeks of hell .. Director rude when I went with my concerns… now won’t let me out the authority….I’m a Nurse and Midwife … I have never experienced such awful behaviour…. Very upsetting.. DO NOT USE

We found O’Brien Real Estate Blackburn to be untrustworthy, unpolite, intimidating, and very difficult to deal with especially their rental manager.
While renting with them, the agent has put us in very difficult situation towards the end that we had to leave the property. We would highly suggest to stay away renting through O’Brien Real Estate Blackburn.

I cannot rate Lyn Steinhauer from oBriens real estate in Werribee highly enough. She sold my property really efficiently while l was interstate.Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Lyn.

Blackburn office: As tenants, beware of this real estate.
When moving in, property managers stated that heater was working, it was not only broken, but a hazard- the trademan sent to investigate would not even touch the heater for fear of causing gas leaks.

Insisted on using a 3rd party company to collect rent, charging ridiculous fees. Unethical, illegal, lazy and unhelpful

A truly horrible experience. My house was completely destroyed by mould causing over $20K in damage. Anastasia Howard from O'Briens real estate in Rye responded by immediately and illegally breaking the contract. A very disgusting experience.

I engaged an agent from O'Brien's Real Estate Frankston. Ten minutes after signing the Exclusive Authority the agent rang me to say we had priced the property too high and should drop the price 50K (this during a raging bull market). The next night he rang to suggest a midweek evening auction after one open house.

I was hearing alarm bells so I had him secret shopped. Upon receiving a direct enquiry about my property he directed my secret shopper to three of his other listings!! Twice!! This is clearly unethical behaviour...it should be illegal. Beware of these agents.

I booked for 3 nights via Stayz on a Thursday night. I received an automated return email that someone should be in contact within 24hrs. Friday nothing. Saturday and Sunday, nothing. Booked a three night stay in a rental. They then called me back stating that a minimum stay of 7 nights is required for double the amount blaming a glitch in their booking system.

I called a OBrien agent on a Wednesday morning, seeing an inspection prior to an auction the following Saturday. The agent replied "I'm at my golf club tomorrow", but undertook to provide a requested s32 Vendors' statement and sale contract and to have a colleague return my call and arrange an inspection prior to auction. The property manager is irresponsible and not respond phone calls and emails. Always give silly excuses and putting our property in bad conditions. No proper property inspection report or proper communications about the property. I definitely not recommend this Estate agent to Werribee or Wyndham Vale areas.
