what does f1 mean on the cooler
Just pull filter out of the back and wash under cold water. Flip it around a bit in mid air to shake all the water off then put back in. Press and hold the power button on the actual machine for 5 seconds to reset and the f1 will disappear.

For F1 error code requires your filters to be cleaned and the unit reset for use.
To Clean the Air Filter:
• Unplug the unit.
• Remove the filter (located at the back of the top of the unit) and wash using warm soapy water.
• Rinse thoroughly and let it completely dry before replacing filter back into unit.
• Plug the unit back into the power point and ensure the power point is on.
• While in standby mode (i.e. the unit is off but the red light is on), press and hold the On/Off for more than 5 seconds. This will reset the ‘F1’ Dirty Filter error code.

I just bought a Hose 18 to connect to my Olympia spelnded 12, and chucked the last one it broke.
I spent the money on the original.It does not connect to the machine?? What additional thing do I need to buy to connect to the air extractor on the back?

To stop excess water leaking drain plug is required. Please note when the water tank is full error 3 code will pop up kindly please follow below steps to drain out excess water:
Unplug the unit.
• Position a pan below the rubber plug located at the bottom of the back of the unit.
• Remove the plug and let all the water drain out into the pan. Replace the plug.
• Plug the unit back into the power point and turn the unit on. The error code should now be gone and the unit should be operating normally.
While in standby mode (i.e. the unit is off but the red light is on), press and hold the On/Off for more than 5 seconds. This will reset the F1 and F3 error codes.
its not blowing cold air anymore
Hey can anyone help me I brought a piu 12 second hand and it didn’t come with a remote and when I set it up in my daughters room with in 3 mins it comes up with the ‘3’ symbol and shuts down i went out side and emptied the tank but I set it up again and it keeps doing the same thing and faulting I set it up with the hose coming out the back of the unit continuously draining but that’s no good being in my daughters room but my question is do I need the remote to make sure it’s on cooling am I missing something or is my machine stuffed?

How to set it operating timer?
I have an Olimpia Splendid inverter 12 HP. it has run with no problem for 4 months. Recently when the system starts up on air conditioning mode when the compressor starts I hear a buzzing/vibrating noise for a few seconds. I have also noticed no water is being pumped out of the unit via the Condenser pipe from the back to the outside container. Any ideas please?
Does the Olympia Splendid 14 heat as well.
The temperature won’t display in anything but cooling mode. In dehumidify and in automatic it shows “ - - C”
Is it possible to set the temperature in these modes?
What is the point of this website, no one answers the question to help people out with their issues.

I bought olimpia splendid and it’s not bringing the room temp down to 16 degrees, it’s blowing out cold air and filtering out hot air outside but not as cool in the room as I would have expected . Can anyone help me ?

We bought Piu 14 on marketplace recently, want to ask how to drain the water since there’s watery sound when it’s running. There’s only 1 small black hole at the bottom, there’s no lid on it. Also what’s the capacity when it’s full and we need to drain the water? Thank you!
Only blowing air, not cold, what’s wrong?
Clean the air intake in the machine, by taking apart back and cleaning the air intake on the right hand side.
When done hold down the power button until it beeps and that will fix.
