I'm onto my second week and I'm finding it easier everyday. Having the banana and chocolate flavoured ones 3 times a day with a cup of veg for dinner. The banana is my favourite, I add a little bit of cinnamon for a bit more flavour. The chocolate is still yummy. I've lost 2 kilos already with only doing light exercise a couple of times during the week, so it seems to be going great.

I've tried all the replacement meal plans and found Optislim Platinum VLCD to be the best, great taste & mixing with milk rather than water you actually feel satisfied. I was after the highest protein & lowest sugars, so rather than skim milk, I mixed mine with So Good Fat Free Soy. I only purchased vanilla, but to to change it up, I sometimes added coffee or berries. I replaced all three meals and added 2 cups of green leafy veges or salad, if I was hungry and struggling I would add 100g of lean protein - egg, tuna or chicken. In the first two weeks I lost 6.15kg and couldn't be happier!
Day 3-4 were the worst and included a killer headache, this was expected as my body entered ketosis, but beyond this, it was easy.

I have been using opti slim now for almost 3 weeks. Doctor advised me to go on it until my surgery date which is this Friday ( 29th ) in the last 3 weeks I have lost 15 kilos. I drink one for breakfast and dinner and have a opti slim bar for lunch. I am not hungry at all and have to remind myself to drink/eat. It not only tastes good but it really does work!

These shakes are quite delicious & I like the fact it's to be mixed with skim milk & not water ! Comes in 4 flavours - so would be nice to see other flavours in platinum range. I have been replacing 2 meals with these & have a light dinner.
2 serves of fruit. I have lost 10kg in 8 weeks - finding it quite easy to do - I think I could carry on to my goal weight ! I would definitely recommend ! p.s wonder how much more I could lose if I exercised ? ;)

Today is Day three, and I am loving the taste and the choice of four flavours. I am satisfied with the thickness .I use it only for breakfast and lunch. I need to lose 10 kg before my knee surgery :-) See how we go

I tried a few times to get through these shakes but I ende dup feeling nauseated just thinking about them. The taste isn't too bad so maybe it was just my body's reaction to a liquid diet.

I had to go on very low diet as my GP s directed with Optifast or OptiSlim. I chose Optislim Platinum which I could have it with skimmed milk. I m satisfied with the thickness of the product that fills me up to 3-4 hrs then I take another one. I m giving 3 stars only because It is containing too much sugar for my taste. I always like fruity flavours and they have very basic as banana and strawberry. I wish it would ve come with berries or mango etc. I have to continue my diet for a long period so I will continue to buy it.

i used this product for 10 days . i replaced my lunch an dinner for the first 5 days and then i replaced my breakfast as well.i weighed myself today and i had lost 2 kiloes. did walk for 1 hour 3 times a week. i thought i would lose more but its ok. will continue using it. hope i can lose another 5 kilos in a month.

Only time I will ever purchase this product is for the taste. Though I felt more full when I ate carrot sticks and multivitamins only then the OptiSlim shakes. Instead they made me more hungry and I felt like I was down all the time. I guess people can have different effects on them. Lost very minimal weight to be honest.

I started with a mixture of water based and the platinum shakes in November, 1 shake or bar or soup 3 times a day with 2 cups salad for dinner as well. Bars are goodi iif out at lunchtime but sips of water help to get them down - a little dry for me. My favorite shake is strawberry.
I lost it a few times through Christmas, too many celebrations. Still I have lost 12..2 Kgs so fa even losing 2kg over Christmas, Back on track now, whew, just in time to see the dietitian in 2 days. Hopefully I will start on an evening meal then.

Im a 40yo male mine worker. I have worked FIFO for over 10 years and had put on about 20 kilos over that time. Eating food in a mine site dry mess was killing me. Not much choice when it came to healthy variety. I made the decision to loose weight. I uped my exercise and used Optislim platinum. I losed about 10 kilos in 3 months. I used the choc flavour and added two bananas, as I didnt eat dinner after work. It worked for me, but for it to work you have to increase your exercise. Give it a go.

I have been on optislim platinum for 2 days so far i have lost 2.2kgs. I am doing the 3 shakes a day but find im very hungry hopefully that will settle down soon. I drink around 3-4 600ml bottles of water a day, 1 piece of fruit then the 2 cups of vegies.

I purchased Optislim Premium as I though it might be a little better than the plain Otislim I had previously tried. The flavour is great and its easy to use and it definately fills you up. The only thing I have noticed is how thirsty it makes me feel, which I suppose is a good thing as you need to drink 2 litres of water a day, so that helps. I have been on it for 1 week and lost 6.2kg..I have another 30kgs to go and think it will be achievable using Optislim premuim.
The taste and the sachets are easy to keep in the office draw, handbag and car.

I really enjoy the taste i still have long Way to go yet as I got another 65kg to lose my start weight is 145kgs now 134.5kgs . My modavaion is to have another baby got a 3 year old and and 38 miscarriages. Good luck everyone.

I have had the original optislim n the platinum and I really like the platinum. I struggle to eat breakfast n sometimes I don't have time for a meal, so the optislim works on the Go. I have the choc flavored one n its thick n not too sweet. It really suppresses my hunger and have assisted me in maintaing my weight.
The thickening content makes me feel much fuller compared to any other vlcd protein drinks or liquid breaky that i have tried

Well, I have only been on it for 2 days so it is a bit early to tell. I think I have lost 1.4kgs already. I find that I am a bit light headed and a bit wobbly on my pins. I have replaced 3 meals a day plus a salad of green vegetables. I don't know how long I will last only on this. I may have to have a very small meal instead of one replacement. I have about 12/15 kgs to get rid of.

OOOOOOHHHH I am so excited to start this program! I have 30kg to lose and I am super excited to be hopefully seeing some fast results for a bit of a confidence boost!

Im loving Optislim platinum shakes they taste really good, are very creamy & not too sweet! I have lost 5kg in my first week replacing all three meals & doing about 20min of moderate exercise 5 days per week woohoo. I'm into week two now & still staying strong my hunger pains have definitely calmed down lol... Definitely worth the effort so far. I hope everyone else is having the same great results :)
