This product is inedible. It does not mix like the directions say. Instead the consistency of spew. Unfortunately I bought 3 boxes, the company is refunding me for only one box. So I am out of pocket about $37. They do not offer a satisfaction guarantee. Luckily not too many stores carry the product. Chemist Warehouse only in Australia. Beware it looks like the OPTIFAST product but is not. I have never had any problems with Optifast.

Tastes very sugary and the vanilla one tastes like coconut to me ! I wont buy again... ever ! Also, having only have 1 mg of fibre per serve is nowhere good enough.

Chocolate and coffee taste good and fill me up but not sure if I can have with hot water. I have not lost any weight but that could be any reason.

The taste of this product is better than others I've tried. The texture of it is better than most products too it is easy to mix up in a shaker cup and doesn't have a bad after taste.

Hi i have been on optislim for a few years now on and off. I found the shakes quite tasty. But am struggling to find different foods for dinner. If anyone has any ideas to what i can eat please right a reply.

ive gained alot of weight and diets havent been doing me well, i keep on nibbling on food in the pantry, im currently 96kg (my weight should be 75kg) and i want to loose as much as i can, has anyone lost good weight in a four week period .ive lost so far 2 kilos on the shakes

Easy to use with great results over a 3 week period. Weight loss was dramatic and managed to keep it off with maintaining diet.The flavours are no that bad considering the replica protein mixes.

Ive been on Optislim for almost a week and I have lost some noticeable weight. The shakes dont taste the best but they are tolerable. Personally, chocolate is the best flavour. I do have the expresso for my morning shake to replace my morning iced coffee.

Ive had no headaches or dizziness however I am tired and sore from exercising and have such a low calorie intake. Like someone has noted, these are not maccas thickshakes, so taste may be absent, but the goal is to lose weight and the shakes definitely work.

I have a morning and lunchtime shake then chicken and veg for dinner. If I find I'm getting a bit hungry, I'll have a small handful of cashews.

Yeah its hard, but worth the effort.

Tried the product only because it was on special at the Chemist wearhouse... never again... too sweet no flavour and its like drinking water compare with the One i get from Aldis........ Optislim wont evet have it again even for free.....

I use to love optislim products.
Until i found a hair not once but twice.
In a optislim meal.
I contacted optislim also emailed a photo no response from them.
It has turned me off there products now and i am switching to another brand.
Meal was the spinach ricotta tortellini healthy options meal.

This is a waste of money. I wouldn't recommend. It taste like chemicals and it doesn't even help you lose weight. Personally I think it is more like a scam to me. Just drink water guys.

I have been on Optislim for 10weeks now and I have lost 10.3kg.
I will admit I didn't stick to it perfectly initially having 2 shakes a day and a healthy chicken and salad lunch.
I recommend a fibre supplement.
I was walking between 3-6 Kms a day mid pace.
First 5 weeks I lost 7kg and slowed down but still working.
Shakes are a bit ordinary when using a shaker however if you use in a nutri ninja or similar it changes the take completely and it really is like a milkshake (water only) i also like it with a little ice. Overall I am extremely happy with the results. My BMI has gone from 33 obese to 29 overweight and I'm well on track to reach my healthy weight goal.

I have been reading reviews for OptiSlim and one of the comments that is constant is taste. I have just started on VLCD strawberry & chocolate, I have been replacing the skim milk with water,4 strawberries & a scoop of no fat yoghurt in the strawberry, and water,small banana & a scoop of yoghurt in the chocolate mixing in a Bullet Mixer. This improves the flavour & texture of the shake. I stick to green vegetables & small amount of protein in the evenings. I have 10kg to loose and have high hopes for this product. I like the fact that this plan is simple and you do not have to be thinking of what you are going to eat on a daily basis. I will keep you posted as to my progress.

So I got the platinum chocolate flavour maybe that was my mistake but these are disgusting! I've tired a lot of diet shakes and never have I been so grossed out than I have been with these. Not only do they taste awful but they froth up so much if you use a shaker or blender and is lumpy if you stir it. The froth is even more disgusting then the drink. I've had with water and milk, no change in taste. I don't know if they work at all but after 2 days from switching to these I have been dizzy and lightheaded. I spent $65 on two boxes so I'm going to continue but OMG what a disappointment after reading so many good reviews on taste!

This product is a great weight loss shake, yes it's hard at first but once you get used to it, it becomes easier.
So if you are after quick weight loss this is the product to go for . My favourite is the Strawberry and Banana ones .
You can do intensive or just a replacement meal either way you will lose weight as long as you follow the program.

Ive found it hard to lose weight in the past due to combo of loving food haha and having to take hormones each day for a medical condition. If you stick to optislim (even with minor slips ups because hey, we are all human), it really does work. The shakes taste a little too sweet but you get used to it so just push through! The challenge is when you get to your goal weight and then have to start eating real food again!

I really like using shakes but I found this way too sweet, the sweetness made me an it sick . I bought the vanilla and I couldn't taste the vanilla only what must be the artificial sweeteners. Maybe try another brand

I've been trying to shift 4 -5 kilos for the last year but given I'm not overwieght (started at 60.5 kilos, & I'm 5ft 2) ive been unsuccessful. Since being on the shakes for 3 weeks, I've lost 2.8 kilos!
I mix chocolate with frozen berries (tastes like blackforrest cake) coffee with fozen banana (tatstes like banoffee pie) and vanilla with a tblsp of organic peanut butter + ice (tastes like salted caramel icecream) i whizz it up in a magic bullet. Ive not felt hungry at all and my snacks consist of celery, shaved turkey or cucumber with huommus) . Dinner has been miso soup with poached chicken & tofu or chicken salad with apple cider vinegar and a sml amount of macadamia oli or tum yum soup with poached salmon.
